(C02_09) S
Select one of the following pick-up sequences.
-:A single step is specified.
The machine follows the pick-up sequence only for this
step.
Note: Steps may be paired according to the parameter
specified in the "S" text box in the previous step
(the step before this one).
One step is regarded as an object one (1 step).
1: "Simultaneous Pick-Up" is specified.
This step and the subsequent one are paired and the
components are picked up simultaneously by both
heads.
The selected step and the subsequent one are regarded
as object steps (2 steps).
Components are placed in the order of step Nos.
2: "Pick-Up Priority" is specified.
This step and the subsequent one are paired and the
following actions take place after the components are
picked up by both heads.
The selected step and the subsequent one are regarded
as object steps (2 steps).
Components are placed in the order of step Nos.
(a) By specifying "1" or "2" as the S data, a pair of placement
steps can be made.
(b) After the data is specified, some components may not be
picked up simultaneously because of the mechanical de-
sign of the machine.

(C02_10) HD
Specify the head to be used for the component in the perti-
nent step.
Select one of the following options.
0: Automatic (Not Available)
1: Head #1
2: Head #2
(C02_11) PU (Not Available)
Determine whether the "Pick-Up Priority" function should be
used or not.
Select one of the following options.
0: Automatic Operation
1: To pick up the component prior to the others
Set this to intentionally change the pick-up order.
(C02_12) Comment
Set a comment for each step No.
Up to 32 characters (alphanumerics and marks) can be
used.
(a) The automatic operation is not affected by these comments.
(b) The comments can be used to check "Ref. No." printed on
the upper surfaces of P.C.B.’s.

Select one of the following options as the data for the local
recognition mode.
00 : The P.E.C. recognition is not performed.
01 : The P.E.C. recognition is performed. (1-Point Rec-
ognition)
02 : The P.E.C. recognition is performed. (2-Point Rec-
ognition)
Set a parameter in this text box after specifying "Enable" in
the "P.E.C. recognition function" and "P.E.C. recognition
mode Local" text boxes in the "P.E.C. Recognition Data" tab
sheet (Operation Data).
(C02_14) X1 [mm], Y1 [mm]
Set the coordinates of the first fiducial mark for the local
P.E.C. recognition.
The coordinates must be based on the pattern origin
when a P.C.B. has repetitive patterns.
(C02_15) X2 [mm], Y2 [mm]
Set the coordinates of the second fiducial mark for the
local P.E.C. recognition.
The coordinates must be based on the pattern origin
when a P.C.B. has repetitive patterns.
(C02_16) FM1, FM2
Set the mark Nos. of the first and second fiducial marks
FM1 and FM2 for local P.E.C. recognition.
Select the mark Nos. (Mark #) specified in the P.C.B. recog-
nition mark data of the operation data.
