(3) Passed P.C.B.
The number of passed P.C.B.’s is counted when the machine is
set in the "PASS" mode.
Counting is implemented when the P.C.B. on the P.C.B. position-
ing section is transferred onto the output conveyor.
(4) Product P.C.B. (B.B.R.)
Shown is the number of defective P.C.B.’s summed up when the
bad board reject function (option) is used.
(5) Total components
Shown is the number of picked components (the number of pick-
up operations).
(6) Total handling errors
Shown is the total number of component handling errors.
(7) Rate of handling errors (%)
Shown is the percentage of handling errors per total number of
picked components.
(8) Shortage of component
Shown is the total number of detected component shortage er-
rors.
(9) P.C.B. process time
Shown is the total of the time required to finish a P.C.B.
(10) Power on time
Shown is the period of time during which the control power of the
machine was kept "ON".
Sample Display
10:03' 50" (10 hours, 3 minutes, and 50 seconds)
Auto run time
Shown is the time when the machine was running automatically.
When a pattern program is set as the current one several times,
the sum total is computed.
Placement time
Shown is the time required to finish a P.C.B. (from the first to the
last component placement on one product P.C.B.).
The essential component placement time is summed up. While
the machine is set in the "STOP" or the "PAUSE" mode or a step
operation is performed, the time is not measured.
This is used to calculate the average placement tact time per
component.

P.C.B. transfer time
Shown is the period of time during which the transfer-related mo-
tors (EL Conveyor (option), L Conveyor, R Conveyor, P Conveyor,
ER Conveyor (option)) are working.
P.C.B. wait
Input wait
Shown is the time measured when the machine is completely
in the waiting mode (the machine is waiting for a P.C.B. to be
loaded from the input machine).
Output wait
Shown is the time measured when the machine is completely
in the waiting mode (the machine is waiting for a P.C.B. to be
unloaded to the output machine).
Others
Shown is the time required for bad mark detection (option),
P.C.B. transfer, pick-up actions before the first component
placement, etc.
Stop time
Shown is the period of time during which component placement
operation is interrupted for component replenishment, etc.
Error stop
Error alarm
Shown is the period of time during which an alarm (light tower
ON) is issued.
Recovery
Shown is the time between error cancellation and restart of
machine operation.
Feeder Reload
Shown is the period of time during which components are sup-
plied.
Others
Shown is the period of time during which the machine per-
forms the set-up, program change, idling operations, etc.
(11) Maintenance time
Shown is the period of time during which the [OPERATION] switch
on the front or rear operation panel is set to the "SETUP" side.
(12) Test mode time
Shown is the period of time during which test run is performed
according to the test mode parameters.

(13) Total handling errors/Total components
Shown are the total number of pick-up errors, the total number of
components to be picked up, and the percentage of pick-up er-
rors per total number of picked components.
A: missing sensor (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of component missing errors detected by
the vacuum sensor and the percentage of component missing
errors per total number of pick-up errors.
B: missing recog (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of component missing errors detected in
the recognition process and the percentage of component miss-
ing errors per total number of pick-up errors.
C: vacuum sensor (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of component pick-up errors detected by
the vacuum sensor (errors not detected through the component
recognition) and the percentage of the component pick-up errors
per total number of pick-up errors.
D: cmpnt recog (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of errors detected in the recognition pro-
cess and the percentage of errors per total number of pick-up
errors.
Total handling errors
Shown is the total number of pick-up errors.
1point errors (% of Total P.E.C. recog. errors)
Shown are the total number of errors detected on the first fiducial
mark and the percentage of the detected errors per total number
of all errors detected by the P.E.C. recognition function.
2point errors (% of Total P.E.C. recog. errors)
Shown are the total number of errors detected on the second
fiducial mark and the percentage of the detected errors per total
number of all errors detected by the P.E.C. recognition function.
