Nozzle message rate
Error counts [times], # of picks [times]
(Not Available)
Set the parameters to show the nozzle No. whose pickup rate
has deteriorated during automatic operation.
When the number of picks has reached the specified value, the
parameter in the "Error counts [times]" text box is cleared.
When the number of pickup errors has reached the specified
error counts before the number of picks reaches the specified
number of picks, a warning message is issued as machine infor-
mation.
(a) The number of picks and pick-up errors is managed for
each individual feeders but the parameters of "Error counts
[times]" and "# of picks [times]" is equally reflected on ev-
ery feeder.
(b) These parameters are not reflected on the automatic
nozzle bypass function. This is only for warning and guid-
ance.
(c) It is recommended that a comparatively short span be
specified.
(d) This function is provided to survey and avoid machine’s
malfunctions which may be caused during the start-up
operation of the machine.
(e) The data input range is "0 to 9999" (times) for both "Error
counts [times]" and "# of picks [times]"
(f) When both "Error counts [times]" and "# of picks [times]"
are set "0" (zero) or "Error counts [times]" is set to a num-
ber larger than "# of picks [times]", no warning message is
issued.
Finished product interval
Mode, Interval [pcs.]
(Not Available)
This is one of the progress information messages displayed as
machine information. When "Monitor" is set in the "Mode" text box,
the number of processed products can be monitored every time
the number of processed P.C.B.’s reaches the specified param-
eter in the "Interval [pcs.]" text box.
When "0" (zero) is set in the "Interval [pcs.]" text box, the num-
ber of processed products cannot be monitored.

Auto nozzle bypass (Auto Nozzle bypass counts)
(Not Available)
The specified number of pickup errors is used to automatically
bypass the nozzle (to avoid using the nozzle for component picks)
where pickup error have occurred continuously during automatic
operation.
When pickup errors have occurred continuously the specified
number of times, the nozzle is automatically bypassed and the
information is displayed as machine information.
(a) The data input range is "0 to 9" (times).
(b) When "0" (zero) is set, the automatic nozzle bypass func-
tion becomes unusable.
Auto nozzle bypass rate per # of picks
Error counts [times], # of picks [times]
(Not Available)
The specified parameters are used to automatically bypass the
nozzle whose pickup rate has deteriorated during automatic op-
eration.
When the number of picks has reached the specified value, the
parameter in the "Error counts [times.]" text box is cleared.
When the number of pickup errors has reached the specified
bad counts before the number of picks reaches the specified
number of picks, the nozzle is automatically bypassed and the
information is displayed as machine information.
(a) The data input range is "0 to 9999" (times) for both "Error
counts [times]" and "# of picks [times]".
(b) When "0" (zero) is set for "# of Picks" and "Bad Counts" or
the parameter in the "Bad counts [times]" text box is larger
than the parameter in the "# of picks [times]" text box, the
automatic nozzle bypass function does not work.

Recog error image save
Mode, Object, Select, # of images
Set parameters in the "Object", "Select", and "# of images" text
boxes to analyze the cause of a recognition error in comparison
with the error image on the monitor.
When "Save" is set in the "Mode" text box, the image which
matches the parameters in the "Object" and "Select" text boxes
is stored in memory of the recognition board. The image is stored
at the resolution specified in the "# of images" text box.
Mode
Select "Not Save", "Save (Recog NG)", "Save (Recog OK)", or
"Save (Recog OK/NG)".
Object
Select "All Recog Error", "Component Recog Error", or "P.C.B.
Recog Error".
Select
Select "None", "Camera No.", "Component ID", or "Feeder No.".
(a) When "Component ID" is selected, a component ID name
must be specified.
(b) When "Feeder No." is selected, a "Fdr. No." must be speci-
fied.
(c) The parameter set in the "Select" text box becomes valid
only for those related to component recognition errors.
Setting of "Recog error image save" for P.E.C. recognition
errors becomes unconditional.

The image data stored in memory is cleared when the power
switch of the machine is turned off.
