Chapter 5. Transfer & Installation
Procedure
Initial operation of this equipment should be performed according to the following
procedure.
1. Unpack the packing box.
2. M
ove the equipment to the intended location for installation. In case of using lift
truck(or lift cart), refer to lift arm size and usage direction.
Warning
If the machine is installed or test run by an untrained
person, the machine might be damaged and personal
injury could occur.
The installation or test run of machine must be carried out
by our authorized C/S personnel only.
Caution
If excessive force is exerted when the packaging is
removed, it could damage the cover of the machine.
Do not exert excessive force during the removal of
packaging.

In case of using lift crane, the equipment should be performed as following procedure.
Insert two lifting steel bar through the hole in frame for lifting.
Install sling(clothing material) as following figure
Balance the center of gravity of equipment
Lift and move the equipment by using crane.
Caution
If the lift arm touches the bottom of the cover, the cover will
be damaged. The top surface of the lift arm must touch the
flat surface of the frame of the lower part of the machine.
Caution
When the machine is moved with a crane, it must be moved
with a crane that can handle twice the machine weight.
Otherwise, the machine might be damaged or injury could
occur. Be sure to use a crane that can handle twice the
machine weight. Be sure to use the specified bar for the
steel bar also.

3. U
nwrap all packing materials covering the exterior of the main body of equipment, and
remove desiccants for preventing moisture buildup.
4. In case of in-line installation, adjust the height of the conveyors connecting the
equipment parts for the previous machine and next machine by turning the screws in
the foot.
Caution
If the machine is located on a surface that is not firm or
made of shock absorbent material such as wood, excessive
vibration could occur during operation of the machine.
Be sure to install the machine on a firm surface.
