2.15.2. Stack stick feeder

A stack stick feeder is a device for directly transferring packages supplied to the stick

such as SOP, SOJ, PLCC, etc. by the vibration of a vibrator.

Up to 10 sticks (based on PLCC 84 pin) can be supplied continuously if the stack stick

feeder is loaded vertically.

2.15.3. Vibration stick feeder

A multi-stage vibration stick feeder is a device for directly transferring components

supplied to the stick such as SOP, SOJ, PLCC, etc. along the inclined stick by the

vibration of a vibrator. Components are supplied with the stick aligned horizontally, and

up to four lanes are possible.

2.15.4. Multi-tray feeder

A 20-stage auto tray feeder is an auxiliary device of the component placer. Up to twenty

components (trays) can be loaded on the magazine rack. It is a device for automatically

supplying trays required by the component placer that ensures operational efficiency and

convenience.
