3. Command Descriptions
For the most part, command explanations are presented in a one-page-per-command format, with the
commands listed in their hierarchy order (from shallow to deep levels). Command pages can be
displayed at the machine to determine a command’s hierarchy level. The page format shown below is
used to explain the commands.

MARK EDITOR 130-0-0
Command Pass: [AUTO] - [MARK EDITOR]
This command is used to edit the fiducial mark.
If there is not a fiducial sequence in the production program, this cannot be used.
Input the desired sequence number using the numeric keypad.
If the sequence number input has been entered the display goes to command page 130’.
Caution: This is a help command for irregular marks. If the mark sequence coordinates are obviously wrong
then revise the production program and then transmit the program again from the host computer.
Operators should also be aware beforehand that if this command is used the placing accuracy may
not fall within the accuracy range guaranteed by Fuji.

SET DATA 130''-1-0
Command Pass: [AUTO] - [MARK EDITOR] - [SET DATA]
This function key is used to manually set the fiducial mark coordinates. When this key is pushed,
the difference between the fiducial mark coordinates and the current position coordinates become
the correction factor. This key will not display if all the marks are being read correctly.
When it is necessary to revise the current position, adjust using the inching key and then push this
button.
When this difference is larger than the camera's field of vision, this will be displayed as an "Input
Error". When the data is being set, "Set Data" will display on the screen.
When the operator wants to release the value that was input manually, if the key is pushed again
the value is released and the expression "Set Data" will disappear.
If Automatic production is then entered , the mark will be processed.
Caution: The changes that were set while in the Mark Editor Mode, such as Mark Sequence Skip or other
manual input, are only valid for the board that is being produced. After that board production is
finished and the board has been unloaded, the machine automatically releases those settings and the
following boards will be produced under normal settings. Also, if a condition arises where it becomes
necessary to read that fiducial mark, it will be necessary to read the mark that was set to be skipped.
