CHECK 531-3-4
Command Pass: [SET] - [PROPER] - [CAMERA] - [WIDE] - [CHECK]
This command enables the START button for carrying out measurement of the parts camera
(standard field of vision) resolution, X-direction tilt, Y-direction tilt, and angle of rotation.
If START is pressed after the [CHECK] command is pressed, measurement of the parts camera
(standard field of vision) resolution, X-direction tilt, Y-direction tilt, and angle of rotation will be
carried out.
Caution: Since the camera angle has a direct effect on placing accuracy, the camera should be installed and
adjusted so that it is at 0 degrees.
These values become machine Proper data. After Proper data measurement, always transmit the
Proper data from the machine to the host computer.

POSITION 2 531-4-2
Command Pass: [SET] - [PROPER] - [CAMERA] - [NARROW] - [POSITION 2]
Press to display the "Press START" message which enables the Proper data measurement jig
attached at the Station 6 vision processing station to move to Station 11.
If START is pressed after pressing [POSITION 2], the cam is rotated forward to move the Proper
data measurement jig at the Station 6 vision processing station to Station 11.
Caution: The camera should be adjusted so that the rotational orientation is as close as possible to 0° since
this orientation has a direct effect on placing accuracy.
The above values are machine Proper data settings and thus it is necessary to transmit Proper data
to the host computer once Proper data measurement is completed.

CHECK 531-4-4
Command Pass: [SET] - [PROPER] - [CAMERA] - [NARROW] - [CHECK]
Press to display the "Press START" message which enables measurements to be carried out for the
parts camera resolution (with standard field of view), tilt in the X and Y direction, and rotational
orientation.
If START is pressed after pressing [CHECK], the parts camera resolution (with standard field of
view), tilt in the X and Y direction, and rotational orientation are measured.
Caution: The camera should be adjusted so that the rotational orientation is as close as possible to 0° since
this orientation has a direct effect on placing accuracy.
The above values are machine Proper data settings and thus it is necessary to transmit Proper data
to the host computer once Proper data measurement is completed.
