LIFTER ▼ 334-0-0
Command Pass: [LOADER] - [LOAD PSTN] - [LIFTER ▼ ]
The following occurs when START is pressed.
If the XY-table is at its loading position
1. If the in-carrier advance limit and retract limit sensors are both ON the following messages will
display.
“Sensor logic error”
“IN carrier forward and retract limit sensors ON”
“Check the sensor”
2. If the in-carrier is at its advance limit, there is a board on the in-carrier, and the XY-table is at a
position above ML (middle loading position).
The XY-table will descend once the main conveyor is unclamped. After the table is lowered the
main conveyor is clamped again.
3. In all other cases
The XY-table will descend.
If the XY-table is at its unloading position
1. If the out-carrier advance limit and retract limit sensors are both ON the following messages will
display.
“Sensor logic error”
“OUT carrier forward and retract limit sensors ON”
“Check the sensor”
2. If the out-carrier is at its advance limit, there is a board on the out-carrier, and the XY-table is at a
position above ML (middle loading position).
The XY-table will descend once the main conveyor is unclamped. After the table is lowered the
main conveyor is clamped again.
3. In all other cases
The XY-table will descend.

WIDTH CH ADJ 335-0-0
Command Pass: [LOADER] - [LOAD PSTN] - [WIDTH CH ADJ]
If START is pressed the flush out operation is performed so that no boards are in the machine.
After this is done the out-carrier is moved to its advance limit position and the XY-table to its
loading position OUT, where it is raised and engaged with the out-carrier.

FLUSH OUT 340-0-0
Command Pass: [LOADER] - [FLUSH OUT]
On account of the machine mechanism, boards on the in/out carriers cannot be extracted. Boards
inside the machine (out-carrier, main conveyor, in-carrier, and in-conveyor) can all be unloaded to
the out-conveyor by selecting this command. Since the boards that are unloaded to the out-
conveyor are not sent to the next process stage, the operator must remove them sequentially.
The START button will be enabled for unloading the boards inside the machine.

IN CARRIER 351-0-0
Command Pass: [LOADER] - [Loader Pos] - [IN CARRIER]
This function key provides access to the group of commands used for driving the in-carrier.
Note: In the [Loader Pos] command, verification of the board on the in-conveyor is carried out without driving
the conveyor.

IN CRRY FWD 351-1-0
Command Pass: [LOADER] - [Loader Pos] - [IN CARRIER] - [IN CRRY FWD]
The START button is enabled for advancing the in-carrier forward.
This command can be executed when the XY-table is at its lower limit and the UP 1 sensor is
responding or when the XY-table is at the unloading position.
In all other situations the message “Execute after lowering XY-table” will display. However, note
that this command cannot be executed in the following cases either.
1. If a board is on the in-conveyor
Since there is a possibility of the board on the in-conveyor interfering with pre-placed
components, the following messages will display.
“May cause interference with PCB on IN conveyor”
“Remove PCB from IN conveyor”
2. If the in-lifter is raised (regardless of whether there is a board or not)
The possibility of interference between pre-placed components and the in-lifter means that the
following messages will display.
“May cause interference with IN lifter”
“Lower IN lifter”
