125: Min Limit Position Y -10000 ~ 0 [pulse] ✩*
This is the minimum limit coordinate of the Y-axis in the - direction.
Set the servo count value back 100 pulses from the position where the Y-axis overtravel
sensor comes ON.
If the Y-axis exceeds the set coordinate, an error will cause the machine to stop. Do not
change this setting, as the machine could be damaged.
When the motor is replaced, this position must be measured again.
Default is the Proper data calibration result.
126: Min Limit Position D1 -500000 ~ 10000 [pulse] ✩*
This is the minimum limit coordinate of the D1-axis in the - direction.
Set the servo count value back 100 pulses from the position where the D1-axis overtravel
sensor comes ON.
If the D1-axis exceeds the set coordinate, an error will cause the machine to stop. Do not
change this setting, as the machine could be damaged.
When the motor is replaced, this position must be measured again.
Default is the Proper data calibration result.
127: Min Limit Position D2 -500000 ~ 50000 [pulse] ✩*
This is the minimum limit coordinate of the D2-axis in the - direction.
Set the servo count value back 100 pulses from the position where the D2-axis overtravel
sensor comes ON.
If the D2-axis exceeds the set coordinate, an error will cause the machine to stop. Do not
change this setting, as the machine could be damaged. When the motor is replaced, this
position must be measured again.
Default is the Proper data calibration result.
128: Min Limit Position Z -65000 ~ 65000 [pulse] ✩*
This is the minimum limit coordinate of the Z-axis in the - direction.
Set the servo count value back 100 pulses from the position where the Z-axis overtravel
sensor comes ON.
If the Z-axis exceeds the set coordinate, an error will cause the machine to stop. Do not
change this setting, as the machine could be damaged. When the motor is replaced, this
position must be measured again.
Default is the Proper data calibration result.
129: Loading Position Z OUT -65000 ~ 65000 [pulse] ✩*
This is the Z-axis coordinate used for unloading boards.
The Z-axis movement distance from the Z-axis zero set complete position to the board
unloading position is specified.
Default is the Proper data calibration result.
130: Loading Position Z IN -65000 ~ 65000 [pulse] ✩*
This is the Z-axis coordinate used for loading boards.
This specifies the Z-axis movement distance from the Z-axis zero set complete position to
the board loading position.
Default is the Proper data calibration result.

137: PCB DISTANCE Check SW Yes : No #
This specifies whether a PCB distance check is carried out when automatic operation is
entered.
Yes : Check is carried out
No : Check is not carried out
Default: “Yes”
138: Skip Number 0 ~ 16 #
This sets the number of nozzle errors (for a specific nozzle) tolerated before that nozzle is
skipped.
Default: 0
139: Skip Nozzle 1: 0 ~ 12 #
This sets a limit on the number of No.1 nozzles which can be skipped.
Default: 0
140 Skip Nozzle 2: 0 ~ 12 #
This sets a limit on the number of No.2 nozzles which can be skipped.
Default: 0
141: Skip Nozzle 3: 0 ~ 12 #
This sets a limit on the number of No.3 nozzles which can be skipped.
Default: 0
142: Skip Nozzle 4: 0 ~ 12 #
This sets a limit on the number of No.4 nozzles which can be skipped.
Default: 0
143: Skip Nozzle 5: 0 ~ 12 #
This sets a limit on the number of No.5 nozzles which can be skipped.
Default: 0
144: Skip Nozzle 6: 0 ~ 12 #
This sets a limit on the number of No.6 nozzles which can be skipped.
Default: 0

145: Nozzle Check SW Yes: No #
This sets whether or not there will be a mandatory nozzle check when the machine enters
automatic operation.
Yes: Mandatory nozzle check
No: No mandatory nozzle check
Default: "Yes”
146 Narrow View Camera Non: Use *
This sets whether or not a camera with a narrow field of vision will be used.
Non: Not used
Use: Used
Default: "Use”
147: Front Light Non: Use *
This is set depending on whether or not the optional front light system is operational.
Non: Not in use
Use: Used
Default: "Non”
148: Cam Speed 0 ~ 100.0 [0.1%] #
This sets the speed of the cam axis in percentage terms (units of 0.1%).
Default: 100.0
149: M/C PCB TYPE 0 ~ 1 #

supported).
Default: “0”
150: D ESC sw No : Yes #
Specify the position the device table moves to for the replenishment of parts, irrespective of
the device table mode. An exception is made when in device change mode, if the recovery
mode is ‘error stop’ or the recovery limit is reached for a reason other than what is specified
at “78. D Change Trigger”.
Yes: The device table at which the error occurred moves to its retract position and waits
for the operator to carry out a device check.
No: Facing the machine from the front, device table one moves to the right and device
table two moves to the left the amount appropriate for that machine type.
Movement amounts
CP-6/642: 45 devices positions
CP-6M: device table one (687 mm), device table two (678 mm)
CP-65, 50: device positions
Default: "No”
151: Place Offset Y 100 -1000 ~ 1000 [0.001 mm] ✩*
Specify the placing offset for the Y-axis at a cam speed of 100 %. Note that changes made to
this item will influence the placing accuracy.
Default: Depends on the machine type.
152: Place Offset Y 90 -1000 ~ 1000 [0.001 mm] ✩*
Specify the placing offset for the Y-axis at a cam speed of 90 %. Note that changes made to
this item will influence the placing accuracy.
Default: Depends on the machine type.
