Command Pass: [AUTO] - [MODE] - [IDLE]
Continuous operation is performed without changing the board or performing vision processing.
The nozzles descend at stations 1 and 11. When using this mode, the feeders should be removed
from the tables.
Note: This mode should be used only for checking machine operation. It should not be used for production.

Boards are not replaced and image recognition is not performed. Nozzles are lowered at ST1 and
ST11. Operation should be performed with parts removed.

If CYCLE STOP is pressed the machine will stop after the current sequence is finished and the
display will return to command page 100.
If an error occurs the contents of the error are displayed in the second display area, production is
halted, and the RESET button is enabled. If RESET is pressed the display returns to command page
100.
CLEAR OFF: The message “Unloading...” displays in the first display area when this key is
pressed. After production of all boards in the machine is completed the RESET
button will be enabled.
CANCEL: The [CLEAR OFF] display changes to [CANCEL] when the clear off operation is
set. If this is selected the instruction for stopping after production of the boards in
the machine is complete will be canceled.

S STOP: The message “Ending one board production” displays in the first display area when
this key is pressed. The display returns to command page 100 when placement on
the current board is completed.
D STOP: This displays when there are two boards on the main conveyor.
The message “Ending two board production” displays in the first display area when
this key is pressed. The display returns to command page 100 when placement on
the current board is completed.
CANCEL: The [S STOP / D STOP] display changes to [CANCEL] when [S STOP / D STOP] is
set. If this is selected the instruction to stop after production of the boards is
completed will be canceled.

Cam Org Pos 220-0-0
Command Pass: [STEP] - [Cam Org Pos]
Press to return cam axis to its origin position. While this key remains pressed the cam will move
toward its origin position. Movement stops when the cam returns to its origin. Movement also
stops if the key is released before the cam reaches its origin.
The message "Return Cam to Zero" displays in the second display area until the cam reaches its
origin. When the cam has returned the message "Press START" displays.
