1.3.2 First Display Area
The display on the monitor differs depending on whether or
not the user is in automatic operation mode.
(1) Display During Automatic Operation Mode
Area A: This area displays sequence information.
The following examples show how the First Display Area might appear.
Caution: The number of the next device from which parts were picked displays in the case that the
target device was part of a next device loop. In Changeover or Device Change mode,
when Device Table 2 (71-140: 51 ~ 100 for the CP-643ME) is the original table, the
device positions will be displayed as 71 ~ 140 (CP-643ME: 51 ~ 100) .

Changeover Mode: Only one table operates and each table
operates for a separate program.

Meaning
The machine is in normal production mode.
The machine carries out a simulation of normal production.
Boards are loaded, and only the X-, Y-, D1- and D2-axes move
as they do during production for the selected production program.
The machine does not feed boards or perform vision
processing. Otherwise, it is the same as Product mode.
While in this mode there should be no parts on the device table.
In addition to the idling operation, in-/out-carrier operation and
board transfer actions between the XY-table and the carriers are
performed. (Actual board exchanges do not occur.)
When in this mode, there should be no parts on the device table.

If the device check function is not used, the setting of parts can only be canceled or
completed using the [PARTS SET] [CANCEL/COMPLETE] switch.

and the parts set cancel/complete operation.
