15. OUT-PCB Load
• Measures the time it takes for board travel from the out-carrier advance limit position to the
arrival of the out-lifter at the lower limit position using the same operation specifications as in
automatic operation.
• Operation section A is left blank.
The time it takes from carrier retraction to the arrival of the lifter at its lower limit is displayed
in real time for the operation section A time.
• The maximum time and minimum time during continuous operation are displayed
respectively in real time under Max and Min in section A.
• All items in operation section B are left blank.
• Conditions that can be measured
That input exists for the XY-table lower limit.
That there is no board on the out-lifter.
• Conditions that can be measured that are checked after START is pressed.
That there is no board on the out-carrier.
That there is no board on the out-conveyor.
16. Main Clmp_R
• Measures the open/close time of the moveable side clamper on the main conveyor.
• “OPN” is displayed in operation section A and the operation time required to complete one
open motion is displayed in real time.
• “CLS” is displayed in operation section B and the operation time required to complete one
close motion is displayed in real time.
• The maximum time and minimum time during continuous operation are displayed
respectively in real time under Max and Min in section AB.

That input exists for the XY-table lower limit.
That the XY-table is either at the loading or unloading position.

Valid input values are from 0 to 100. If “0” is input the measurement operation will continue until
either CYCLE STOP is pressed or an error occurs causing the machine to stop. The setting that has
been input will display under Movements in the first display area.

Ready : The measurement results are transmitted to the personal computer.
Trans Port : Use the numeric keypad to specify the port number used when transmitting the
results to the personal computer.
The valid input values are “3” and “4” when communication with the host is carried out using
RS232C. When communication with the host is carried out using internal C/C or internal C/C +
SECS/GEM, the valid input values are “2 ~ 4”.
Note however that in any of these cases the default port number is “4”.

The names of all programs (1~9) currently stored in the machine are displayed.
Program Name : Program name
Prod. : Completed production quantity
Sche. : Scheduled production quantity
If a program name displays in yellow, it has been specified as the next production program.
Programs which caused an error during partial transmission or the data check, display in red. It is
possible to bring such programs to the foreground, but it is not possible to commence production
([STEP] and [AUTO] are not available).
