ST1: Nozzle up/down error
ST1: UP-lmt sensor OFF
[Cause]: During D-axis positioning or D-axis return processing after automatic
operation starts, if the ST20 head is a skipped head a stopper will be
inserted to prevent the ST1 nozzle from descending. The results of the
upper limit check revealed that the ST1 cylinder upper limit sensor was
OFF.
[Remedy]: Check the ST1 stopper and the ST1 cylinder upper limit sensor (X06A).
ST11: Nozzle up/down error
ST11: UP-lmt sensor OFF
[Cause]: When production starts, if the ST10 nozzle is a skipped nozzle a stopper
will be inserted to prevent the ST11 nozzle from descending.
The results of the upper limit check revealed that the ST11 cylinder upper
limit sensor was OFF.
[Remedy]: Check the ST11 stopper and the ST11 cylinder upper limit sensor (X06B).

1.2 Cycle Stop Errors
If production cannot be continued, a cycle stop error will result causing the machine to
stop after the current cycle is finished. The cam angle will stop at 0° after the error has
occurred so that production can be resumed once the machine is restarted.
Unknown nzzle stn. 17
[Cause]: During the nozzle size check, the size of the selected nozzle was not
confirmed as being No. 1~ No. 6. The abnormal nozzle holder has stopped
at Station 17. Information for each head (A to T) displays for errors which
occur during automatic operation.
[Remedy]: Check the input status (1~3) of the nozzle check sensor at Station 17. Also
check the abnormal nozzle holder.
ST19 Nzl chg Err
[Cause]: The nozzle is not changing properly. The malfunctioning nozzle holder
has stopped at Station 19. Information for each head (A to T) and each
nozzle (1 to 6) displays for errors which occur during automatic operation.
[Remedy]: Check the input status (1~3) of the nozzle check sensor at Station 19. Also
check the abnormal nozzle holder.
Reference Pin Error
[Cause]: The reference pin did not fit securely into the reference pin hole.
[Remedy]: Check the stopping position of the board and the reference pin sensor.
Pickup Error
[Cause]: Large parts are not being picked properly.
[Remedy]: Check the feeder and the nozzles.
PQ Rotation Alarm, PRQ Rotation Alarm
[Cause]: PQ cannot rotate. PRQ cannot rotate.
[Remedy]: Check for obstructions.
D??? Supply
[Cause]: The feeder at the device position shown is out of parts.
[Remedy]: Supply more parts.
D??? Check
[Cause]: The feeder at the device position shown has parts but they are not being
picked up.
[Remedy]: Check the feeder.
D??? unable to process
[Cause]: Vision processing cannot process the picked up part.
[Remedy]: Check Part data and part type at the device position shown.
Mark Not Readable
[Cause]: Machine could not read the fiducial marks.
[Remedy]: Check the location of the mark and the information in Mark_data in the
program.

Stop by Nozzle Skip
[Cause]: The number of nozzles that have been automatically skipped has reached
the set value.
[Remedy]: Check and replace the skipped nozzles.
Communication Error
[Cause]: Abnormal communication with the MCS30 has occurred.
[Remedy]: Check the transmission cable and the MCS30 computer.
Loading Alarm
[Cause]: Loader is not functioning properly.
[Remedy]: Check the loader.
No Response from PLC
[Cause]: The loader’s Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is operating
abnormally.
[Remedy]: Cut the power and if the problem still occurs when the machine is
restarted, check the sequencer’s CPU.
Next Device Invalid
[Cause]: The specified next device number and the table mode are incompatible.
[Remedy]: Check the program.
Outside Target Position
[Cause]: Either the maximum or minimum range of movement limit set in Proper
data has been exceeded because of part vision processing or as a result of
fiducial mark correction.
[Remedy]: If there is too much tilt in the board, if the parts pickup condition is
extremely bad or if there is too much bend in the nozzle, then the
respective cause must be eliminated before placing parts.
Head A Error
[Cause]: When production was started and a search was made for head A, the head
could not be checked.
[Remedy]: Check that the head A verification sensor and dog at station 13.5 are
functioning properly.
Head A sensor error
[Cause]: The head A sensor at station 13.5 remains permanently on.
[Remedy]: Change the sensor.
Prod Data Tran Err
[Cause]: Something has hindered the transmission of production information from
MCS.
[Remedy]: Check the communication cable. Resort the MCS production information
file. Check that nothing is installed around the communication cable that
could cause noise in the cable.
Remove Dumped Parts
[Cause]: The dump parts box at station 16 has become full.
[Remedy]: Empty out the box.
