STEP / CYCLE 320-1/3-0
Command Pass: [LOADER] - [LOAD PCB] - [STEP / CYCLE]
A new board is loaded onto the XY-table in accordance with the mode selected beforehand.
The placing sequence will be sequence No. 1.
2-PCB loading: The loading of two boards is carried out. The START button is enabled. If
only one board is on the in-carrier and 2-PCB loading is selected, only one
board will be loaded onto the XY-table. The 2-PCB load setting will be
disabled if a cycle stop or an error occurs. The 2-PCB loading function key
will display if a 2-PCB production program is used or if there is no program
in the foreground of the machine.
In step mode the START button is enabled after each step is finished except when board loading is
completed.
Step0 : Board check is carried out. If a board exists processing starts from step1 and if no
board exists then it starts from step5.
Step1~Step4 : Board unloading steps, Step5~Step8 : Board loading steps
Step1 : XY-table moves to the loading position, Pos_OUT and ascends to ZL_OUT.
Step2 : Board is transferred to the out-carrier.
Step3 : XY-table descends to ML_Pos.
Step4 : XY-table moves to the loading position, Pos_IN. The out-carrier unloads the board.
Step5 : The in-/out-carrier moves to the advance limit position. The in-carrier receives a
board from the in-lifter and the carrier moves to the advance limit position.
Step6 : XY-table moves to the loading position, Pos_IN and ascends to ZL_IN.
Step7 : XY-table receives a board from the in-carrier.
Step8 : XY-table descends to a height defined by “Z0 - PCB thickness”.
Caution:
1. If an emergency stop occurs during step operation or if the step mode is exited, the display returns to
command page 320, and step mode is carried out again, then operation will be executed from Step0.
2. If a cycle stop occurs and the machine is stopped during step operation, the next time START is
pressed operation will be carried out from the next step if the cycle was correctly exited.
