Board check error: O_CRRY
Could not check board
Adjust sensor
[Cause]: • When the out-carrier received a board from the main lifter, the out-
carrier board check sensor did not confirm the board (sensor ON).
• After the out-carrier received a board from the main lifter and the board
was confirmed (sensor ON) by the out-carrier board check sensor but
prior to retraction of the out-carrier, the out-carrier board check sensor
went OFF (no board status).
• After the out-carrier board check sensor confirmed a board (sensor ON)
while at the out-carrier advance limit during out-carrier board check but
prior to the start of out-carrier retraction, the out-carrier board check
sensor went OFF (no board status).
[Remedy]: Adjust the out-carrier board check sensor so that boards clamped on the
out-carrier are accurately detected. Sufficient care should be exercised if it
is determined that no board exists despite a board being on the out-carrier.
In such a case if the machine is restarted without adjusting the sensor, the
board will be released after out-carrier board check.
Board check sensor alarm: I_LIFT
Check board-check sensor on the I_LIFT
[Cause]: There is a problem with the board check sensor on the in-lifter. (For
example, the sensor is ON when it should be OFF.)
[Remedy]: Confirm that the in-lifter board check sensor comes ON and goes OFF
correctly. Also be sure that the board gap check sensor is ON when there
is no board and OFF when there is a board.
Board check sensor alarm: O_LIFT
Check board-check sensor on the O_LIFT
[Cause]: There is a problem with the board check sensor on the out-lifter. (For
example, the sensor is ON when it should be OFF.)
[Remedy]: Confirm that the out-lifter board check sensor comes ON and goes OFF
correctly. Also be sure that the board gap check sensor is ON when there
is no board and OFF when there is a board.
Board check sensor alarm: I_CRRY
Board-check sensor on the I_CRRY is ON
[Cause]: There is a problem with the board check sensor on the in-carrier. (The
sensor is ON when it should be OFF.)
[Remedy]: Confirm that the sensor for checking boards on the in-carrier comes ON
and goes OFF correctly.
Board check sensor alarm: O_CRRY
Board-check sensor on the O_CRRY is ON
[Cause]: There is a problem with the board check sensor on the out-carrier. (The
sensor is ON when it should be OFF.)
[Remedy]: Confirm that the sensor for checking boards on the out-carrier comes ON
and goes OFF correctly.

Cylinder cycle alarm: I_LIFT
Up/down movement of the I_LIFT time up
[Cause]: • The in-lifter was raised but the upper limit sensor did not come ON
within the designated amount of time.
• The in-lifter was lowered but the lower limit sensor did not come ON
within the designated amount of time.
• The in-lifter upper limit/lower limit sensors were both ON.
[Remedy]: • Confirm that the in-lifter up/down operation is working smoothly.
• Make sure that the upper/lower limit sensors are installed in the correct
positions.
• Confirm that the upper/lower limit sensors come ON and go OFF
correctly during the in-lifter up/down operation.
Cylinder cycle alarm: O_LIFT
Up/down movement of the O_LIFT time up
[Cause]: • The out-lifter was raised but the upper limit sensor did not come ON
within the designated amount of time.
• The out-lifter was lowered but the lower limit sensor did not come ON
within the designated amount of time.
• The out-lifter upper limit/lower limit sensors were both ON.
[Remedy]: • Confirm that the out-lifter up/down operation is working smoothly.
• Make sure that the upper/lower limit sensors are installed in the correct
positions.
• Confirm that the upper/lower limit sensors come ON and go OFF
correctly during the out-lifter up/down operation.
Cylinder cycle alarm: I_CRRY
I_CRRY board transfer time up
[Cause]: • The in-carrier was advanced forward but the advance limit sensor did
not come ON within the designated amount of time.
• The in-carrier was retracted but the retract limit sensor did not come ON
within the designated amount of time.
• The in-carrier advance/retract limit sensors were both ON.
[Remedy]: • Confirm that the in-carrier advance/retract operation is working
smoothly.
• Make sure that the advance/retract limit sensors are installed in the
correct positions.
• Confirm that the advance/retract limit sensors come ON and go OFF
correctly during the in-carrier advance/retract operation.
Cylinder cycle alarm: O_CRRY
O_CRRY board transfer time up
[Cause]: • The out-carrier was advanced forward but the advance limit sensor did
not come ON within the designated amount of time.
• The out-carrier was retracted but the retract limit sensor did not come
ON within the designated amount of time.
• The out-carrier advance/retract limit sensors were both ON.
[Remedy]: • Confirm that the out-carrier advance/retract operation is working
smoothly.
• Make sure that the advance/retract limit sensors are installed in the
correct positions.
• Confirm that the advance/retract limit sensors come ON and go OFF
correctly during the out-carrier advance/retract operation.

Interlock alarm: I_CRRY
Remove board from I_LIFT
[Cause]: • With a board on the in-lifter, an attempt was made to advance the in-
carrier but whether a board was clamped on the in-carrier was
unknown. If a board with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped
on the in-carrier, the in-carrier could not be advanced since there would
be interference between the board on the in-lifter and the board clamped
on the in-carrier.
• With a board on the in-lifter and a board clamped to the in-carrier at the
advance limit, an attempt was made to retract the in-carrier. If a board
with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped on the in-carrier, the
in-carrier could not be retracted since there would be interference
between the board on the in-lifter and the board clamped on the in-
carrier.
• With a board on the in-lifter an attempt was made to retract the in-
carrier from a position that was neither the advance limit nor the retract
limit but whether a board was clamped on the in-carrier was unknown.
If a board with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped on the in-
carrier, the in-carrier could not be retracted since there would be
interference between the board on the in-lifter and the board clamped
on the in-carrier.
[Remedy]: • Remove the board on the in-lifter.
• Check the board arrival check sensor on the in-lifter to determine
whether it is detecting only the presence of a board on the in-lifter.
