Press to select device check mode.
MODE 1: Press to display 10 consecutive devices regardless of whether each device is used or not.
MODE 2: Press to display only those devices that are to be used.
MODE 3: Press to display only those among the devices being used that have a condition such as
"Un Set", "Parts E", "Pickup", or "Vision".

ESC 451-1/2/3-5
Command Pass: [PROGRAM] - [DEVICE] - [CHECK] - [MODE 1 / 2 / 3] - [ESC]
Block check of all remaining unset parts.
This function is only enabled if the ESC_Permission Proper value is set to 1.
This function is not valid for devices on which the end of the tape has been detected.
The operation of this command varies according to the settings of the following Proper values.
Proper No. 71 Verifier_tool
Non: Handy Terminal is not used.
Proper No. 74 ESC_permission
Non: After a new program is selected, the [ESC] key is enabled in order to set all parts which
are currently not set.
Permit: The [ESC] key is disabled.
Proper No. 75 MAN_permission
Non: Input from the operation panel is enabled.
Permit: Input from the operation panel is disabled.
The [CR] Key and numerical keys are enabled when this Proper value is set to [Permit].
• If the device number is input from the numerical keypad followed by the [CR] key, the "Un Set",
"Next D", "Tape E", "Parts E", "Pickup", or "Vision" display for the input device number is cleared.
• If the cursor is moved to a device number using the function keys, the parts status display for
that device number can be cleared only by pressing the CR key.
Proper No. 70 Device_check_sw
Non: Device check does not start automatically when production begins.
Parts, Miss, Error: Device check starts automatically subject to the part data settings when
production begins. If the [RETURN] key is pressed before device check has
been completed, the machine enters the ‘Ready mode’ rather than enabling
the START button.
