Ready : The measurement results are transmitted to the personal computer.
Trans Port : Use the numeric keypad to specify the port number used when transmitting the
results to the personal computer.
The valid input values are “3” and “4” when communication with the host is carried out using
RS232C. When communication with the host is carried out using internal C/C or internal C/C +
SECS/GEM, the valid input values are “2 ~ 4”.
Note however that in any of these cases the default port number is “4”.

Press to select a production program.
The names of all programs (1~9) currently stored in the machine are displayed.
Program Name : Program name
Prod. : Completed production quantity
Sche. : Scheduled production quantity
If a program name displays in yellow, it has been specified as the next production program.
Programs which caused an error during partial transmission or the data check, display in red. It is
possible to bring such programs to the foreground, but it is not possible to commence production
([STEP] and [AUTO] are not available).

• Changeover will take place if an input program number has been existed.
• When changeover takes place the data necessary for placing parts will be processed and the
message "Calculating Placing Data" will display.

Press to change the scheduled production quantity.
Input from the numerical keypad the number of boards to be produced under the current
production program.
Enter a number between 1 and 65,000. When the number of boards produced reaches the scheduled
production quantity the machine quits automatic operation and the RESET button is enabled. If the
scheduled production quantity is set to “0” this will be judged as no scheduled quantity and
production will continue indefinitely.
Production will continue indefinitely if a value of 0 is entered.
The display then returns to command page 400.

First Display Area
"P" indicates block for normal production and "S" indicates block to be skipped.
Blocks displayed in red have been set in program to be skipped.
Input the number of the block to be skipped by using numerical keypad.
If the block was set to be produced, it will now be skipped, and vice versa.
Caution: A block skip set in program can only be cleared by changing the program and retransmitting it to the
machine.
