*AX + Servo System Error [Cause]: A system error has occurred. [Remedy]: Press the RESET button. If the error occurs again, try replacing the servo board in question. Also check that all connectors to the servo board are…

Not at Loading Position
[Cause]: The XY-table was not in the loading position when an attempt to raise the
lifter was made.
[Remedy]: Move the XY-table to the loading position.
Lifter at Upper Limit
[Cause]: Lifter is up and the XY-table is not able to move.
[Remedy]: Lower the lifter.
Loader Interlock ON <except CP-643>
[Cause]: Board is not feeding normally and the interlock is ON.
[Remedy]: Check the Proper data (Loading Position X,Y) to see that the values are
correct.
Lifter Timeout UP/DN
[Cause]: The lifter has taken too much time to move up or down.
[Remedy]: Check for items interfering with lifter movement, upper and lower limit
sensors or the solenoid valve.
Tape Feeder
Tape Feeder 18ST
[Cause]: The tape feeder has not been set properly or a tape feeder alarm has
occurred.
[Remedy]: Set the tape feeder properly.
Cycle Alarm: Rough + X, Y, Z, D1, D2
Cycle Alarm: Reach + FRQ, FR, X, Y, Z, D1, D2, NC
Cycle Alarm <R>: Reach + FRQ, FR, NC
[Cause]: The named servo axis did not reach its target position within the set time
limit.
[Remedy]: Check the hardware.
Cam Axis Alarm
[Cause]: In automatic operation the cam does not operate properly.
[Remedy]: Check for obstructions.
*AX + Servo Not Ready
[Cause]: Servo board will not start.
[Remedy]: Turn the power off and then back on again.
*AX + Servo Command Error
[Cause]: An invalid command was used.
[Remedy]: Press the RESET button. If the error occurs again, try replacing the servo
board in question. Also check that all connectors to the servo board are
firmly attached.
*AX + Servo Parameter Error
[Cause]: Servo parameters are incorrect.
[Remedy]: Press the RESET button. If the error occurs again, try replacing the servo
board in question. Also check that all connectors to the servo board are
firmly attached.

*AX + Servo System Error
[Cause]: A system error has occurred.
[Remedy]: Press the RESET button. If the error occurs again, try replacing the servo
board in question. Also check that all connectors to the servo board are
firmly attached.
*AX + Servo Limit Error
[Cause]: The servo has moved beyond its designated range.
[Remedy]: Move it back within its prescribed limits.
*AX + Servo Overflow
[Cause]: A servo overflow has occurred.
[Remedy]: Check to see that the servo axis has not been overloaded.
*AX + Servo Timeout
[Cause]: In determining the axis position an alarm has occurred.
[Remedy]: Check the displayed axis for obstructions.
*AX + Encoder Alarm
[Cause]: The encoder is functioning abnormally.
[Remedy]: Press the RESET button on the machine control panel and if there is still a
problem, check the encoder.
*AX + Overtravel
[Cause]: The overtravel sensor has been tripped.
[Remedy]: Press the RESET button on the machine control panel and inch the
displayed axis back into position.
Tape Feeder Cylinder Alarm
[Cause]: The feeder advance cylinder is not functioning normally.
[Remedy]: Check the condition of the feeder mechanism during operation and check
the cylinder retract limit.
Cam Handle Alarm
[Cause]: The cam handle cannot be detected.
[Remedy]: Return the cam handle back to its original position.
Vacuum Alarm
[Cause]: The vacuum pressure has fallen below the standard level.
[Remedy]: Close the mechanical valves at each station and check the vacuum pump.
Air Pressure Alarm
[Cause]: The air pressure has fallen below the standard level.
[Remedy]: Check the air supply.
Backup pin interference
[Cause]: When the XY-table was lowered from the board conveying position to the
placement reference position, interference occurred between the secondary
rail clamper and the backup pins.
[Remedy]: Move the backup pins to a position where they cannot interfere with the
secondary rail clamper.

ST1: Nozzle up/down error
ST1: UP-lmt sensor OFF
[Cause]: During D-axis positioning or D-axis return processing after automatic
operation starts, if the ST20 head is a skipped head a stopper will be
inserted to prevent the ST1 nozzle from descending. The results of the
upper limit check revealed that the ST1 cylinder upper limit sensor was
OFF.
[Remedy]: Check the ST1 stopper and the ST1 cylinder upper limit sensor (X06A).
ST11: Nozzle up/down error
ST11: UP-lmt sensor OFF
[Cause]: When production starts, if the ST10 nozzle is a skipped nozzle a stopper
will be inserted to prevent the ST11 nozzle from descending.
The results of the upper limit check revealed that the ST11 cylinder upper
limit sensor was OFF.
[Remedy]: Check the ST11 stopper and the ST11 cylinder upper limit sensor (X06B).
