PCB in loader Remove PCB from loader [Cause]: Operation cannot continue because there is a board in the loader (in- conveyor, in-carrier, out-carrier, out-conveyor). [Remedy]: Remove the board that is in the loader. Part…

Interlock alarm: I_CRRY
Remove board from I_LIFT
[Cause]: • With a board on the in-lifter, an attempt was made to advance the in-
carrier but whether a board was clamped on the in-carrier was
unknown. If a board with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped
on the in-carrier, the in-carrier could not be advanced since there would
be interference between the board on the in-lifter and the board clamped
on the in-carrier.
• With a board on the in-lifter and a board clamped to the in-carrier at the
advance limit, an attempt was made to retract the in-carrier. If a board
with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped on the in-carrier, the
in-carrier could not be retracted since there would be interference
between the board on the in-lifter and the board clamped on the in-
carrier.
• With a board on the in-lifter an attempt was made to retract the in-
carrier from a position that was neither the advance limit nor the retract
limit but whether a board was clamped on the in-carrier was unknown.
If a board with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped on the in-
carrier, the in-carrier could not be retracted since there would be
interference between the board on the in-lifter and the board clamped
on the in-carrier.
[Remedy]: • Remove the board on the in-lifter.
• Check the board arrival check sensor on the in-lifter to determine
whether it is detecting only the presence of a board on the in-lifter.
Interlock alarm: O_CRRY
Remove board from O_LIFT
[Cause]: • With a board on the out-lifter, an attempt was made to advance the out-
carrier but whether a board was clamped on the out-carrier was
unknown. If a board with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped
on the out-carrier, the out-carrier could not be advanced since there
would be interference between the board on the out-lifter and the board
clamped on the out-carrier.
• With a board on the out-lifter and a board clamped to the out-carrier at
the advance limit, an attempt was made to retract the out-carrier.
If a board with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped on the out-
carrier, the out-carrier could not be retracted since there would be
interference between the board on the out-lifter and the board clamped
on the out-carrier.
• With a board on the out-lifter an attempt was made to retract the out-
carrier from a position that was neither the advance limit nor the retract
limit but whether a board was clamped on the out-carrier was
unknown. If a board with parts placed on the bottom side was clamped
on the out-carrier, the out-carrier could not be retracted since there
would be interference between the board on the out-lifter and the board
clamped on the out-carrier.
[Remedy]: • Remove the board on the out-lifter.
• Check the board arrival check sensor on the out-lifter to determine
whether it is detecting only the presence of a board on the out-lifter.

1.3 Alarms Which Prevent the Machine from Being Started
When it is not possible to start the machine, the cause will be displayed. Once the cause
has been removed the Press "START" message will automatically appear.
Cam Handle Alarm
[Cause]: The cam handle cannot be detected.
[Remedy]: Return the cam handle back to its original position.
Vacuum Alarm
[Cause]: The vacuum pressure has fallen below the standard level.
[Remedy]: Close the mechanical valves at each station and check the vacuum pump.
Air Pressure Alarm
[Cause]: The air pressure has fallen below the standard level.
[Remedy]: Check the air supply.
Safety Door, Front
Safety Door, Rear
Safety Door 1
Safety Door 2
[Cause]: Either the front door is open or one of the sensors at the rear of the
machine has been triggered.
[Remedy]: Close the door or remove the offending object.
Return Cam to Zero
[Cause]: The input of the cam axis zero position sensor cannot be recognized.
[Remedy]: Return the cam axis to it's zero position either by using the cam handle or
by inching.
Lifter Not at Lower Limit
[Cause]: The lifter is not at it's lowered position.
[Remedy]: Lower the lifter.
Parts not set
[Cause]: In device change mode the parts have not been set on the next device table.
[Remedy]: Set the parts.
Max D No. Error
[Cause]: In device change mode or in changeover mode the production program
calls for a device number greater than 70.
[Remedy]: Change the program so that it only calls for device numbers less than 70.
No Production Program
[Cause]: A valid program has not been transmitted to the machine or the program
has not been chosen.
[Remedy]: Transmit a valid program to the machine or choose a program.
No Proper
[Cause]: Valid Proper data has not been transmitted to the machine.
[Remedy]: Transmit valid Proper data to the machine.
No Status
[Cause]: Valid Status data has not been transmitted to the machine.
[Remedy]: Transmit valid Status data to the machine.
