OUT-car for/bck lmt bth ON
[Cause]: The out-carrier advance limit check sensor and retract limit check sensor
are both ON.
[Remedy]: Check the out-carrier advance limit check sensor (LX03C) and retract limit
check sensor (LX03D).
OUT-car clp lmts both OFF extended limit
[Cause]: The out-carrier advance limit side close check sensors and the out-carrier
advance limit side open check sensors are both OFF.
[Remedy]: Check the out-carrier advance limit side close check sensors (LX048,
LX049) and the out-carrier advance limit side open check sensors (LX04C,
LX04D). If the carrier has stopped at some point in progress then either
open or close the out-carrier.

[Cause]: The out-carrier advance limit side close check sensors and the out-carrier
advance limit side open check sensors are both ON.
[Remedy]: Check the out-carrier advance limit side close check sensors (LX048,
LX049) and the out-carrier advance limit side open check sensors (LX04C,
LX04D).
XY-table clp lmt sensor has not come ON
[Cause]: The XY-table was clamped but the board clamp check sensors on the main
lifter did not come ON.
[Remedy]: Check the main lifter board clamp check sensors (X060, X061).
XY-table unclp lmt sensor has not turned OFF
[Cause]: The XY-table was clamped but the board unclamp check sensors on the
main lifter remained ON.
[Remedy]: Check the main lifter board unclamp check sensors (X062, X063).
XY-table unclp lmt sensor has not come ON
[Cause]: The XY-table was unclamped but the board unclamp check sensors on the
main lifter did not come ON.
[Remedy]: Check the main lifter board unclamp check sensors (X062, X063).
XY-table clp lmt sensor has not turned OFF
[Cause]: The XY-table was unclamped but the board clamp check sensors on the
main lifter remained ON.
[Remedy]: Check the main lifter board clamp check sensors (X060, X061).
XY-table dwn lmt sensor has not come ON
[Cause]: The XY-table was lowered but the main lifter lower limit check sensor did
not come ON.
[Remedy]: Check the main lifter lower limit check sensor (X067).
IN-car clp lmt sensor has not come ON
[Cause]: In the process of board transfer, with the XY-table at the ZL -
7 mm position, the in-carrier clamp limit sensors did not come ON.
[Remedy]: Check the in-carrier clamp close check sensors (LX042, LX043).

OUT-car clp lmt sensor has not come ON
[Cause]: In the process of board transfer, with the XY-table at the ZL -
7 mm position, the out-carrier clamp limit sensors did not come ON.
[Remedy]: Check the out-carrier clamp close check sensors (LX048, LX049).
Lifter up 1/dwn lmt snsr err
[Cause]: During part placement a logic error occurred in connection with the
sensors used for checking the table height.
[Remedy]: During part placement the relevant sensors must be in the following
status.
Main lifter UP 1 check (X064) OFF
Main lifter DWN limit check (X067) ON
Main lifter middle overtravel (X066) ON
ST1 : Nozzle up/down error
ST1 : UP-lmt sensor ON
[Cause]: The station 1 nozzle was lowered but the station 1 cylinder upper limit
check sensor remained ON.
[Remedy]: Check the ST1 cylinder upper limit check sensor (X06A).
ST11 : Nozzle up/down error
ST11 : UP/DWN sensor error
[Cause]: The station 11 nozzle was lowered for part pickup but the upper limit
check and lower limit check sensors were both ON.
[Remedy]: Check the ST11 cylinder upper limit check sensor (X06B).
ST11 : Nozzle up/down error
ST11 : DWN-lmt sensor not ON
[Cause]: The station 11 nozzle was lowered for part pickup but the cylinder lower
limit check sensor did not come ON.
[Remedy]: There is a problem with the operation of the ST11 cylinder.
Check the cylinder. Exercise caution as it is possible that the station 11
part was not picked (missing).
ST2 Parts chk sensor err
[Cause]: There is a problem with the station 2 large parts check sensor.
Possible causes include light axis displacement between sides of the
sensor, or there may be a problem or broken wire with the light emitting
sensor itself.
[Remedy]: If there is a problem with the light axis adjustment between sides of the
sensor then readjust the light axis. If there is a problem with the light
emitting side of the sensor then either replace or readjust the position of
the sensor depending on the characteristics of the cause of the error.
PCB Transport Error: I_LIFT
Check board arrival sensor on the I_LIFT
[Cause]: Board transport on the in-conveyor was not carried out successfully.
[Remedy]: • Check the in-conveyor width.
• Make sure that board detection is working properly. Also confirm that
the board gap check sensor is ON when there is no board and OFF when
there is a board.

PCB Transport Error: O_LIFT
Check board arrival sensor on the O_LIFT
[Cause]: Board transport on the out-conveyor was not carried out successfully.
[Remedy]: • Check the out-conveyor width.
• Make sure that board detection on the out-conveyor is working
properly. Also confirm that the board gap check sensor is ON when
there is no board and OFF when there is a board.
PCB Transport Error: I_CRRY
Check board-check sensor on the I_CRRY
[Cause]: • Boards have been received from the in-lifter and transported to the in-
carrier advance limit but the status of the boards received from the in-
lifter (No. 1 and No. 2 board check status), is different from the status of
the boards determined by the in-carrier board check sensor after
transport of the boards. (For example, regardless of the No. 1 and No. 2
boards being received from the in-lifter, only the No. 2 board was
confirmed by the in-carrier board check sensor.)
• During board check only the No. 2 board was verified by the in-carrier
board check sensor.
[Remedy]: Confirm that the sensor for detecting boards on the in-carrier is able to
properly detect boards clamped on the in-carrier.
PCB Transport Error: O_CRRY
Check board-check sensor on the O_CRRY/out-conv
[Cause]: • Boards have been received from the XY-table and unloaded to the out-
lifter but the status of the boards received from the XY-table (No. 1 and
No. 2 board check status), is different from the status of the boards
determined by the out-conveyor board check sensor after the boards
were unloaded. (For example, despite the No. 1 and No. 2 boards being
received from the XY-table, only the No. 2 board was confirmed by the
out-conveyor board check sensor.)
• During board check the No. 1 board could not be verified by the out-
carrier board check sensor.
[Remedy]: • Confirm that the sensor for detecting boards on the out-carrier is able to
properly detect boards clamped on the out-carrier.
• Confirm that the sensor for detecting boards on the out-conveyor is able
to properly detect the presence of boards on the out-conveyor.
PCB Stopper Error: I_LIFT
Check board-stopper up/down sensor on the I_LIFT
[Cause]: • The middle stopper was inserted on the in-lifter but the insert limit
sensor did not come on in the designated amount of time.
• The middle stopper was extracted on the in-lifter but the retract limit
sensor did not come ON in the designated amount of time.
• The insert limit/retract limit sensors of the middle stopper on the in-
lifter were both ON.
[Remedy]: • Confirm that the stopper is operating smoothly.
• Make sure that the insert limit/retract limit sensors are installed in the
correct positions.
• Confirm that the insert limit/retract limit sensors come ON and go OFF
correctly during the stopper insert/retract operation.
