WARNING
Keep away from the table when
turning OFF the servo lock
release.
With servo lock release SW
OFF, the table moves in high
speed, which could cause
personal injury or accident.
Be sure to read Service Manual
before performing maintenance.
Failure to observe the
procedure could lead to
personal injury.
Be sure to turn OFF the power
before handling control wiring
for transferring equipment.
Unless the power turned OFF,
there is the possibility of
electric shock or fire due to
short circuit.
Be sure to ground the
equipment.
Improper grounding could
cause electric shock or fire.
Ground the
equipment
Make sure the grounding wire
is longer than other power
cables.
If not long enough, the wire
could be disconnected by
some force, leading to electric
shock.
Be sure to check the safety
interlock switches for proper
function.
Use of disabled switches
could lead to personal

Use cables of appropriate
capacity.
Cables of insufficient capacity
may be short−circuited,

Make sure the WARNING labels
of the equipment are displayed
easy−to−read.
Smeared labels or any
obstacle in front of the labels
may prevent them from being
seen, causing accident.
Be careful not to get your
fingers caught while moving
X−Y table.
There is a fear of your fingers
being caught between upper
table and under table.
Beware of

Do not put things on top of the
equipment.
They may drop which could
cause personal injury.

authorized person in charge
should not revise the system
program or data.
Incorrect system program or
