Pay attention to the corners or
electric parts when
disassembling, assembling or
adjusting machine parts.
There is the possibility of
personal injury or electric
shock.
Replace worn parts as soon as
possible.
Use of worn parts could cause
unusual machine motion,
leading to personal injury.
Operators other than the
authorized person in charge
should not change the individual
machine data.
Erroneous data setting could
cause malfunction, resulting in
personal injury or damage to
the equipment.
Read the Service Manual for
proper servicing.
Mishandling could cause
accident, leading to personal
injury, electric shock or fire.
Do not climb on the
equipment.
There is the possibility of
personal injury.
Prohibition
Encourage customers to
conduct periodical inspection
properly.
Improper servicing could
cause malfunction, further
leading to personal injury,
electric shock or fire.
Do not turn OFF the key switch
of power supply during
operation.
The machine could move
abruptly casing personal

Power supply, frequency,
capacity and air supply must
conform to the specification.
Unless conformed to the
specification, there is the

electric shock due to malfunction
or leakage.

Incomplete installation work
could result in damage to the
equipment or electric shock.
CAUTION
Always shut OFF the primary
air pressure before connecting.
Set the air pressure to 0.
Otherwise you may get
personal injury.

If you check air cylinders by hand, disable
machine movement by turning the power
OFF and releasing the air pressure first.
Turn OFF the Power
WARNING WARNING
STOP the air supply and check
the air pressure is 0 when
performing maintenance.
Operating pneumatic
actuators could result in
personal injury.
Only one operator should be involved when
operating controls or, turning air pressure ON
and OFF. When two or more operators are
involved in machine operation, use hand
signals, etc., and make sure that all operators
are aware of the machine’s operation status.
Do Not Forget Signals!
As a general rule, only ONE
operator should handle the
controls.
To avoid accidents, when two
or more operators are involved
in machine operation, use
hand signals.
