1.3.2 Safe Working Procedures
While carrying out prescribed operations, observe the safe working procedures in order to prevent
accident or machine damage.
Never modify, neglect nor change the safety devices and the safety circuits.
Normal operation
Be sure to close all the safety covers when performing normal operation in automatic, semiautomatic and
manual modes respectively.
Component Supply/Model Changeover
Opening the cover other than the tray stocker activates the safety sensor, thus causing the whole
machine or operation part to stop completely.
Be sure to turn the power OFF before changing production models.
Always open the cover of the tray stocker when feeding components.
While the tray is replacing, the machine locks the tray stocker. In such a case, wait until the lock has
been released.
