TGON Lights up when the motor rotating speed exceeds TGON level
(standard setting: 20 r/min).

Reference pulse input
Lights up if IN−A higher than TGON level was input. (At speed
control mode)
Lights up during inputting reference pulse (At position control mode)
IN−B input Lights up if IN−B higher than TGON level was input. (At position
control mode)
Power ready Lights up when power to the main control circuit is supplied.
