1. Error Code Messages and Corrective Measures

(ESR0901)

The following is a list of the error messages that appear with error codes.

If an error message appears without a code (number), refer to Section 2, “Corrective Measures

for Error Messages that Appear without an Error Code”.

All error codes are 8 characters in length (Ex. 1101B000, 1101B001)

The error codes are listed in ascending order of code number.

Code: 1101B000

Display: [***] is a range error.

Cause: A value which exceeds the permissible input range was entered.

Remedy: Enter a value within the permissible input range.

Code: 1101B001

Display: [***] is not defined.

Cause: If the set items are values, enter 0, if they are characters leave the fields blank.

Remedy: Input valid values.

Code: 1101C700

Display: Feeder skip settings of “0” and “1” have both been specified in the sequence data

for the same stage and slot number.

Cause: Sequence data with and without feeder skip settings exist for the same stage/slot

number.

Remedy: Correct the sequence data so that all sequences for the same stage/slot number

have the same feeder skip settings.

Code: 1101C701

Display: If a joint mode is not specified, stage 2 cannot be set in the sequence.

Cause: If a joint mode is not specified, stage 2 cannot be set in the sequence.

Remedy: Either skip all of the sequence data specified in stage 2, or delete stage 2.

Code: 1101C702

Display: Sequence Data (D) does not exist.

Cause: There is not a placement sequence in Sequence Data (Type D).

Remedy: When operating the machine without a placement sequence, set the pass mode in

panel data to “1: Pass”.

Code: 1101C703

Display: “Position X” exceeds the range of the panel.

Cause: The sequence data”s X-coordinate is off the panel.

Remedy: Specify an X-coordinate which is within the panel size range.

Code: 1101C704

Display: “Position Y” exceeds the range of the panel.

Cause: The sequence data”s Y-coordinate is off the panel.

Remedy: Specify an Y-coordinate which is within the panel size range.

Code: 1101C705

Display: There are sequences on the same board with the same mark number.

Cause: A fiducial mark reading sequence exists which has duplicate mark numbers

within a single board.

Remedy: Revise either the “Board No.” or “Mark No.” in the sequence data.

Code: 1101C706

Display: The main mark number is the same as the sub mark number.

Cause: The same setting value is specified for both the main mark number and the sub-

mark number in the part placement sequence.

Remedy: Specify setting values so that the main mark number and sub-mark number are

different.

Code: 1101C707

Display: Cannot locate the mark sequence for the mark No. specified at main mark No.

Cause: A fiducial mark reading sequence which contains the specified (in the part

placement sequence) main mark number cannot be found.

Remedy: Set the fiducial mark reading sequence for the specified main mark number to

occur before the part placement sequence.

Code: 1101C708

Display: Cannot locate the mark sequence for the mark No. specified at sub mark No.

Cause: A fiducial mark reading sequence which contains the specified (in the part

placement sequence) sub-mark number cannot be found.

Remedy: Set the fiducial mark reading sequence for the specified sub-mark number to occur

before the part placement sequence.

Code: 1101C709

Display: The stage number and slot number are not defined.

Cause: No setting data exists for the stage number and slot number specified in the

sequence data.

Remedy: Either specify settings for the stage number and slot number in the feeder setup

data, or specify a stage number and slot number for which setting data already

exists.

Code: 1101C70A

Display: Board skip settings of “0” and “1” have both been specified in the sequence data

for the same board.

Cause: Sequence data with and without board skip settings exist for the same board.

Remedy: Correct the sequence data so that all sequences for the same board have the same

board skip settings.

Code: 1101C70B

Display: The “Ref” (“Sequence Comment”) sequence specified for the “Place Before”

sequence does not exist on the same board.

Cause: The “Ref” (“Sequence Comment”) sequence specified for the “Place Before”

sequence does not exist on the same board.

Remedy: Specify a “Ref” (“Sequence Comment”) sequence that applies to the same board as

that of the “Place Before” sequence.

The “Place Before” sequence is ignored where the “Ref” (“Sequence Comment”)

sequence does not apply to the same board.

Code: 1101C70C

Display: The same name has been allocated to “Place Before” and “Ref” (“Sequence

Comment”).

Cause: The same name has been allocated to the “Place Before” and “Ref” (“Sequence

Comment”) sequences.

Remedy: Specify different names for the “Place Before” and “Ref” (“Sequence Comment”)

sequences.
