1. Starting the Machine
1.1 The Proper Data Editor appears when starting the machine
Symptoms: The Proper Data Editor is displayed automatically and no other messages
appear.
Note: The Proper Data Editor can be opened by starting the machine with the
CYCLE STOP button pushed in.
Remedy: If a message appears before the Proper Data Editor opens, then follow the
instructions in the message. The CYCLE STOP button may be
malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji Machine dealer for assistance.

2. Screen Displays
2.1 Display of the [Production Data] list is unusually slow.
Symptoms: Display of the [Production] - [Production Data] list is unusually slow, taking
up to several minutes to complete.
Note: As the size of the production data log file increases, the machine requires
increasingly more time to display the production data screen.
Remedy: Using the commands [Production] - [Production Data] - [Deletion Settings],
reduce the values of the [Days] or [Size] limitations.
Delete unnecessary files using the commands in [Production] - [Production
Data] - [Log File].
2.2 Display of production program screens is unusually slow.
Symptoms: Display of the production program screens that appear upon completion of
any of the following sequences is unusually slow, taking up to several
minutes to complete.
Note: As the number of command data files increases, the machine requires
increasingly more time to display production program screens.

Remedy: Delete unnecessary files at [Program] - [File Manager].
If files exist that are seldom used but still necessary, save them to a remote
location such as a floppy disk, then delete them from the machine.

3. The READY ON and START Buttons
3.1 After pushing READY ON, the machine moves even though
START has not been pushed.
Symptoms: At the [Production] - [Automatic] screen, the READY ON button is pushed,
and the machine moves before the START button is pushed.
At the [Manual Operation] commands, the machine moves although the
START button has not been pushed.
Remedy: The following pushbutton switch may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji
Machine dealer for assistance.

3.2 The START button does not respond even though “Push the
START switch” appears on screen.
Symptoms: When using the [Production] or [Manual Operation] screens, the START
button does not respond even though the message, “Push the START
switch,” appears on screen.
Remedy: The following pushbutton switch may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji
Machine dealer for assistance.
X000: StartButton: Start PB
3.3 The servo power turns on when the machine is ready, even
though the READY ON button has not been pushed.
Symptoms: When the start conditions are fulfilled (safety covers are closed, the
EMERGENCY STOP is released, etc.), the servo power turns on even though
the READY ON button has not been pushed.
The READY ON button is flashing when this happens.
Remedy: The following pushbutton switch may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji
Machine dealer for assistance.

3.4 The servo power does not turn on when the machine is ready
and READY ON is pushed.
Symptoms: When the start conditions are fulfilled (safety covers are closed, the
EMERGENCY STOP is released, etc.) and the READY ON button is pushed,
the servo power does not turn on.
The READY ON button flashes normally.
Remedy: The following pushbutton switch may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji
Machine dealer for assistance.

Symptoms: The start conditions are fulfilled and the READY ON button lights up when

4. The CYCLE STOP Button
4.1 During production, the machine does not stop when CYCLE
STOP is pushed.
Symptoms: During production, the machine does not stop when CYCLE STOP is
pushed.
Remedy: The following pushbutton switch may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji
Machine dealer for assistance.

5. Panel Loading and Unloading
5.1 Production starts when before a panel arrives at the main station
Symptoms: Production starts when there is no panel at the main station, and error code
14011000 (fiducial mark read error) appears on screen.
Remedy: The following sensor may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji Machine dealer
for assistance.

5.2 When loading a panel, the panel stops before arrival at the main
station.
Symptoms: When loading a panel, the panel stops before arrival at the main station.
Remedy: The following sensor may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji Machine dealer

5.3 When loading a panel, the panel does not decelerate before
arrival at the main station.
Symptoms: When loading a panel, the panel does not decelerate before arrival at the

for assistance.

5.4 Error code 1503100E (Failed to convey panel) is displayed during
panel loading.
Symptoms: Error code 1503100E (Failed to convey panel) is displayed during panel
loading.
Remedy: If the remedy listed with the error code does not correct the problem, then
the following sensor may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji Machine dealer
for assistance.
