3. The READY ON and START Buttons
3.1 After pushing READY ON, the machine moves even though
START has not been pushed.
Symptoms: At the [Production] - [Automatic] screen, the READY ON button is pushed,
and the machine moves before the START button is pushed.
At the [Manual Operation] commands, the machine moves although the
START button has not been pushed.
Remedy: The following pushbutton switch may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji
Machine dealer for assistance.
X000: StartButton: Start PB
3.2 The START button does not respond even though “Push the
START switch” appears on screen.
Symptoms: When using the [Production] or [Manual Operation] screens, the START
button does not respond even though the message, “Push the START
switch,” appears on screen.
Remedy: The following pushbutton switch may be malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji
Machine dealer for assistance.

3.3 The servo power turns on when the machine is ready, even
though the READY ON button has not been pushed.
Symptoms: When the start conditions are fulfilled (safety covers are closed, the
EMERGENCY STOP is released, etc.), the servo power turns on even though

signal.
Symptoms: When finished producing a panel, the machine unloads the panel, even
though the next machine still has a panel.
Remedy: The following input connection may be malfunctioning or grounded.

6. MFU
6.1 The machine cannot clamp or unclamp the MFU
Symptoms: The machine will not clamp/unclamp the MFU. The following messages
appear.
When clamped: Failed to raise the MFU.
When unclamped: Failed to lower the MFU.
Remedy: Check for any obstacles blocking the movement of the MFU. If nothing is
blocking the MFU, then one of the following sensors may be
malfunctioning. Contact a Fuji Machine dealer for assistance.
