Remedy: Check and correct the following conditions.
• Check the nozzle where the error is occurring for foreign substances, blemishes,
or scratches. Clean or replace the nozzle as necessary.
• Check the prism on the side where the error is occurring, and clean as
necessary.
• Check that a nozzle is mounted within the vision processing range. Install a
nozzle if one is not within the correct range. (XP142)
• If the camera image is too dark or light, the brightness setting is not correct.
Adjust brightness as specified in the manual.
• Check the vision processing position. If not correct adjust as specified in the
manual.
• If the strobe light is not working properly there may be a problem with the light
source. Check the wiring and replace the xenon bulb or servo PCB as necessary.
• If the camera image is not reading properly, there may be a problem with the
camera. Check the wiring and replace the camera or vision PCB as necessary.
