[Cause] The axis could not move since the servo was not locked.

[Treatment] Please lock the servo using S-FREE switch.

Q249051 “Feeder bank has descended. Do you want to lift the feeder bank up

and continue the bank mark recognition?

[Cause] The feeder bank had been descended when you tried to perform the Bank mark

recognition.

[Treatment] YES” button will continue the Bank mark recognition process.

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS was not online.

[Treatment] Please make MTS online.

[Treatment] If OCC is available, please set it to “use” in the Use unit in Setup. If not, this

procedure cannot be executed.

E290002 “The bad mark reader device is set in unused by the setup. The

teaching in the bad mark reader device cannot be done”

[Cause] The Bad mark reader device is set to “not use” in the Use unit in Setup.

[Treatment] If the Bad mark reader device is available, please set it to “use” in the Use unit in

Setup. If not, this procedure cannot be executed.

E290003 “The HMS device is set in unused by the setup. The teaching in the

HMS device cannot be done”

[Cause] The HMS device is set to “not use” in the Use unit in Setup.

[Treatment] If the HMS device is available, please set it to “use” in the Use unit in Setup. If not,

this procedure cannot be executed.

E290004 “The pick up point in the right feeder bank cannot be the teaching

with a left device. Please use a right device”

[Cause] This error occurs when trying to teach a feeder pickup coordinate on the right

feeder bank to the machine by using a device on the left side.

[Treatment] Please use a device on the right side when teaching a feeder pickup coordinate

on the right feeder bank to the machine.

E290005 “The pick up point in the left feeder bank cannot be the teaching

with a right device. Please use a left device”

[Cause] This error occurs when trying to teach a feeder pickup coordinate on the left

feeder bank to the machine by using a device on the right side.

[Treatment] Please use a device on the left side when teaching a feeder pickup coordinate on

the left feeder bank to the machine.

E290006 “The memory access error occurred”

[Cause] Failed to write the data in or to read the data from the shared memory.

[Treatment] Please reboot the machine. If the error occurs even after rebooting, please

contact our technical service dept. for information.

E290007 “The Head device is set in unused by the setup”

[cause] The specified head is set to “not use” in the Use unit in Setup.

[Treatment] If the specified head is available, please set it to “use” in the Use unit in Setup. If

not, this procedure cannot be executed.

E290008 “HW error. Execution is aborted”

[Cause] A requested action to an axis or other hardware got an error. There may be a

possibility of alarm occurrence, servo free, Emergency STOP, etc.

[Treatment] Please try Servo Free unlocking, Home returning, etc.

Q290500 “It is not possible to move to specified position with this device.

Please push ‘No’ when you discontinue ‘Yes’ when the teaching is

started from the current position”

[Cause] You can not move to the previously set coordinates with the device selected by

HOD. You are asked if to resume the teaching from the current position.

[Treatment] If you want to continue the process, press “Yes”. If not, press “No”.

Q290501 “The teaching operation is executed. Please confirm safety. Please

push ‘No’ when you discontinue ‘Yes’ when executing this”

[Cause] You are asked if to perform the safety check since this operation takes axis

traveling.

executed”

[Cause] You need to correct the coordinates in order to teach the coordinates to the

although the accurate teaching cannot be expected if you continue the process..
