[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Theta axis driver.
[Treatment] Please perform proper treatments that are corresponding to the error numbers
shown below. If the treatments are not enough, please take a note of the error No.
and the details (* side DATA1= ** DATA2= ** DATA3= **) and contact our
technical service dept. for information.
[Concrete treatments]
DATA2 = 1 (over electric current)
If the error occurs when turning the servo on: There is a possibility of the
miswiring of the motor circuits. Please examine the wiring.
If the error occurs while the servo is ON(the motor is vibrating): Please
re-adjust the gain.
If the error occurs when accelerating/decelerating: Please examine the inertia.
If the error occurs when revolving: Please examine the torque.
DATA2 = 2 (over-load)
If the error occurs when turning the servo on: There is a possibility of the
miswiring of the motor circuits. Please examine the wiring.
If the error occurs while the servo is ON(the motor is vibrating): Please
re-adjust the gain.
If the error occurs when accelerating/decelerating: Please examine the inertia.
If the error occurs when revolving: Please examine the torque.
DATA3 = 3 (Driving power supply abnormality)
Please examine the value of electric currency that is sent to the driver from
the power supply unit. If nothing is wrong with it, please examine CP2(Circuit
Protector) of the power supply unit. If anything is not wrong with it, please
change the Z-Theta P.C.B. If nothing mentioned above worked, please
change drivers or motors.
DATA2 = 4 (EEPROM abnormality)
Please change drivers.
DATA2 = 5 (heating)
Please change drivers. If the error occurs again after the axis moves for a
while, please examine the FAN motor that is above the driver. If nothing is
wrong with it, please examine the torque.
DATA2 = 6 (Encoder abnormality)
Please examine the wiring of the encoder cables. If anything is wrong with it,
then please change motors.
DATA2 = 7 (CPU abnormality)
Please change drivers.

[Cause] A power failure was detected.
[Treatment] Wait for the automatic shutdown process begins. When the shutdown complete,
cut the machine power OFF. You can restart the machine only after the factory
