[Cause] There is a file which has the same name as your file in the directory that you are
trying to save your file in.
[Treatment] When you do not need to rename your file, press ‘OK’. If you need to save your
file with a different name, press ‘Cancel’ and rename the file.

[Cause] Failed to start the Data Manager.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and
shutting down the machine.

Control Data, or NT registry setting has a problem.

Cause] A nozzle which the machine does not recognize is installed.
[Treatment] Please return the nozzle to ATC manually.
If such a nozzle has not been installed on the head, there is a possibility that the
laser is too dirty to work properly or that the laser is broken. If so, please clean
the laser.
If such a nozzle still seems to be installed when you perform the Nozzle laser
measurement by Manual control, please take a note of the error number and
contact our technical service dept. for information.
