E512871 “R4 HEAD: Recognized angle is wrong.”
[Cause] Component measurement and recognition with the R4 head output incorrect
angles during production.
[Treatment] (1) Check if the outline dimensions and pick angle are correctly specified in
component data and pick data.
(2) Exit every application and shut down the operating system. Then turn off
machine power and turn it on again.
If the error persists after the restart, there is the possibility of measurement unit
failure, recognition unit failure and/or improper operation sequence. Stop using
the machine, take a note of the error number, and contact our service engineer or
the agency.
E512872 “R4 HEAD: Cannot use the specified feeder for the pick position.
[Cause] The pick X coordinate of the R4 head in production is considerably different from
the specified coordinate in pick data.
[Treatment] Exit every application and shut down the operating system. Then turn off machine
power and turn it on again.
If the error persists after the restart, there is the possibility of CPU failure,
memory failure and/or improper operation sequence. Stop using the machine,
take a note of the error number, and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E512873 “R4 HEAD: An encoder counter overflow was detected while the
theta-axis was moving.”
[Cause] The encoder counter for the R4 theta axis overflows during production.
E512874 “R4 HEAD: A position deviation was detected while the theta-axis
was moving.”
[Cause] The encoder counter for the R4 theta-axis is considerably different from the angle
specified in the data during production.

E600001 “Axis Driver: Axis driver error occurred.”
[Cause]
An internal error occurred in the system software.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.
E600002 “Unknown machine type.”
[Cause]
The specified machine type has not been defined in the axis driver.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, there is the possibility that a system file is broken.
Contact our technical service dept. for information.
E600003 “Initialization error. Failed to create gantries.”
[Cause]
Failed to create gantries.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If not operating normally after the rebooting, there is the possibility that hardware failure in the
XMP board or its connectors causes the problem.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for information.
E600004 “Initialization error. Failed to initialize the controller.”
[Cause]
Failed to initialize, create and set the XMP controller.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If not operating normally after the rebooting, there is the possibility that hardware failure in the
XMP board or its connectors causes the problem.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for information.
E600005 “Initialization error. Failed to initialize the objects.
[Cause]
Failed to create the objects for axes, filters, or capture.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If not operating normally after the rebooting, there is the possibility that hardware failure in the
XMP board or its connectors causes the problem.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for information.
E600006 “Initialization error. Failed to initialize the sequencer.”
[Cause]
An error occurred in the axis driver while the emergency stop sequencer is initialized.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If not operating normally after the rebooting, there is the possibility that hardware failure in the
XMP board or its connectors causes the problem.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for information.
E600010 “Parameter error”
[Cause]
Incorrect parameters have been set for the axis operation.
The data is damaged in the machine, or the version of the program installed is wrong.
106
[Treatment]
Turn off the power, then turn on the power again.
Install the machine software again if the problem occurred after installing the software for
updating, etc.
If the error remains after the above processes, the board in the machine causes the problem.
Replace the board.
E600011 “Invalid unit”
[Cause]
Process for an invalid unit is tried.
[Treatment]
Turn off the power, then turn on the power again.
If the error remains after the restart, there is the possibility that the system file is broken.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for information.
E600012 “Failed to return to the origin.”
[Cause]
Abnormality detected during returning to the origin.
[Treatment]
Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and shutting down the
machine.
If the error remains after the restart, there is the possibility that the axis becomes wrong.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for information.
E600013 “Axis Driver: Servo power is OFF.”
[Cause]
The servo power is turned OFF.
The possible cause is; electrical restrictions, pressing of the emergency stop switch, detection
by the area sensor, or the power OFF state (of the safety type machine).
[Treatment]
Remove the cause and return the axes to the home position again.
E600014 “Axis Driver: Driver Alarm.”
[Cause]
A servo driver alarm is detected.
Possible cause is; poor contact or disconnection of the encoder cable, or an overload generated
by hitting an obstruction.
The alarm may also be caused if the emergency stop switch was pressed.
[Treatment]
Remove the cause and return the axes to the home position again.
E600015 “Axis Driver: Amp disabled.
[Cause]
The servo lock is released.
Mechanical or electrical load fluctuations may have generated a servo error.
A driver alarm or pressing of the emergency stop switch can also release the servo lock.
[Treatment]
Remove the cause and return the axes to the home position again.
E600016 “Axis Driver: Position of Z axis is low.”
[Cause]
The XY axis cannot move because the position of the Z axis is lower than the XY axis movable
range.
To move the XY axis, the unused heads must be elevated up to the position where the home
sensor can be turned ON.
[Treatment]
Turn the servo OFF and move any unused heads up to the height where the home sensor can
be turned ON.
