the connector part is broken, that the wiring got cut off, or the solenoid
valve itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and connectors. If any of
them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones..
If the treatments mentioned above do not work, a PCB is broken or the
wiring between the PCBs is bad.
E610007 “ATC(L) slide plate sensor is abnormal”
[Cause] The status of the slide plate ON sensor or OFF sensor of the left ATC slide plate
is abnormal. The slide plate ON sensor and OFF sensor got ON at the same
time.
[Treatment] Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Other(O)][ATC Control(A)]. Set ‘Control Unit’ to ‘left ATC’, and select ‘Slide plate
Control(A)’ from the ‘Control Item’ frame’ to open/close the slide plate. Please
perform one of the treatments below according to the result you get.
1. ‘Slide plate ON sensor’ and ‘Slide plate OFF sensor’ in the ‘Status’ displaying
frame both get ON/OFF.
Slide plate ON sensor or Slide plate OFF sensor, or both, is on the wrong
position. There is a possibility that the sensors are too close to each other,
so widen the distance between the two.
If the treatment1 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.
2. Either one of ‘Slide plate ON sensor’ or ‘Slide plate OFF sensor’ in the ‘Status
displaying frame is always ON.
There is a possibility that the slide plate ON sensor or OFF sensor is
broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a pin
in the connector part is broken, that the wiring got cut off, or the sensor
itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If any of
them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
If the treatment1 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.
E610008 “ATC(R) slide pate sensor is abnormal”
[Cause] The status of the slide plate ON sensor or OFF sensor of the right ATC slide plate
is abnormal. The slide plate ON sensor and OFF sensor got ON at the same
time.
[Treatment] Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Other(O)][ATC Control(A)]. Set ‘Control Unit’ to ‘right ATC’, and select ‘Slide
plate Control(A)’ from the ‘Control Item’ frame’ to open/close the slide plate.
Please perform one of the treatments below according to the result you get.
1. Slide plate ON sensor’ and ‘Slide plate OFF sensor’ in the ‘Status’ displaying
frame both get ON/OFF.
Slide p sensor or Slide plate OFF sensor, or both, is on the wrong position.
There is a possibility that the sensors are too close to each other, so
widen the distance between the two.
If the treatment1 does late ON not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring
between the PCBs is bad.
2. Either one of ‘Slide plate ON sensor’ or ‘Slide plate OFF sensor’ in the ‘Status
displaying frame is always ON.

E610009 “Parameter for the head is not correct”
[Cause] Head specifying is abnormal. The data in the machine is broken or the version of
the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that MPX board(s) in
the machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610010 “The specified cylinder does not exist”
[Cause] The specifying of ATC position is abnormal. The data in the machine is broken or
the version of the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
