[Cause] You could not move the axis to the Escape point.
[Treatment] Please check and see if the axis can move properly with Manual control.

[Cause] You could not move the Yc table.
[Treatment] Please check and see if the Yc table can move properly with Manual control.
E240003 “The axis margin out of range. It is not possible to operation”
[Cause] You could not move the axis since it went out of its movable range.
[Treatment] Please check and see if its coordinates are correct.
E240004 “The interrupt which was not able to operate was detected. The

[Cause] The process was forcibly aborted since an interruption, such as axis alarm and
Emergency STOP, that stops every kind of actions was detected.
[Treatment] Please check and see if any alarms occurred, and deal with causes of the alarm.
