1-1 本装置概要
1-1-1 前言
RX-6 系列,是下一代灵活·模块式贴片机生产线的核心,继承了以往构筑的模块化概念的灵活性能,
安全性、可靠性、维护性、经济性进一步提高的多连式工作头(Head)型通用贴片机。
在 RX-6 基础上,可设定 EPV、VCS、负荷控制用压力传感器、切割机、吸嘴选项化的 RX-6B 模式。
还可设定提高元件对应能力及贴片节拍的 RX-6R。
驱动系统以 Y 轴为线性电动机,从而设置分別以伺服电动机驱动的 X 轴 2 台,贴装头方面,如是 RX-6
及 RX-6B,采用 6 吸嘴贴装头(适应高速贴片)和 3 吸嘴贴装头(适应大型元件)这 2 种贴装头,备
有 6x6(前侧 / 后侧)吸嘴贴装头及 6x3(前侧 / 后侧)吸嘴贴装头的 2 种类型。
RX-6R 则仅有新开发的 6x6 吸嘴贴装头(适应大型元件)的设定。
RX-6 系列能够使用 KE 系列或 FX 系列中已经在使用的电动式元件供给装置(ETF/ETFR 系列、SF_EB 系
列等)和生产程序等,所以能够降低引进成本以及方便地进行新生产线的预热作业。
基板传送方面,为 RX-6 及 RX-6B 准备了单通道传送规格和双通道传送规格的 2 种类型。
双通道传送与 RX-7 是同一规格,可以直接组成双通道的生产线。
RX-6R 仅有单通道传送规格。
此外,通过组合本机与提高车间生产性支持系统可对贴片机及点胶机上与生产相关的各种业务和信
息,以车间(=制造现场)为单位进行综合管理、优化,支援提升整体车间的生产性、制造品质,实
现提高效率,降低成本。
