When you click the <No> button on the nozzle change question message, the
measurement result is stored to Component data without changing the current
nozzle.
If you have checked the check box “Reflects to the pick data” and changed the
component pick-up position, the machine displays the pick-up position change
confirmation dialog box. Select whether the changed pick-up position is valid or
not.
When you select it, the Component data screen reappears.

CHAPTER 6 VISION RECOGNITION (KJ-02)
6.1 Position of components for vision recognition
Using the VCS camera, view the position of the component picked up with the vision
correction head to obtain the balance and angle offset of the component. At this time,
component’s bent leads are also checked as faulty. After moving to the PWB
placement point, the obtained balance and angle offsets are corrected for placement at
right balance and angle.

6.2 Vision Data Input
6.2.1 Components whose vision data should be entered
Vision data is used to recognize the component using vision recognition function. The
vision data can be entered only for the component types shown below and which
have been selected for vision centering of the component data.
Classification of components according to
their shapes
Component types
Components having leads on its four sides QFP
BQFP(PQFP)
QFJ(PLCC)
IC socket (J-lead, gull-wing, with a bumper)
Components having leads on its two sides SOP
TSOP、TSOP2
SOJ
HSOP
CON2
CONZ
Components having leads on its one side CONN
BGA type BGA、FBGA
Aluminum electrolytic capacitor type Aluminum electrolytic capacitor
Gallium arsenic type GaAsFET
Outline-to-be-recognized component type Outline-to-be-recognized components
The following shows the component types. For data setting, it is defined to 0of the
components when the components are oriented as shown below.
