9.1 Copying a File
The command “Copy file” is used to copy a production program file.
(1) Specify the copy source directory. The specified directory appears at the left
bottom corner of the screen.
(2) Select a production program file to be copied from the production program file list
displayed.

(3) Specify the copy destination directory. The specified directory appears at the left
bottom corner of the screen.
(4) If the copy destination directory is correct, click the <OK> button to start copy
operation.

If a production program file you specified already exists under the copy destination
directory, the following message appears on the screen.
When you click the <Yes> button, the machine overwrites the existing production
program file with the file you specified. When you click the <No> button, the machine
cancels the copy operation.

If the production program file you specified does not exist under the copy source
directory, the following message appears on the screen.

Note: Only files whose extension is “J12” appear on the file list.

9.2 Deleting a File
The command “File delete” is used to delete a production program file. While this
command is selected, the following dialog box appears.

When the file name is specified and “OK” button pressed, the following message
appears.

When the “YES” button is then pressed, the machine executes the delete command.
The “Cancel” button cancels the delete command, returning the machine to the state
before [1/ File] was selected.
The extension “.J12” is appended to all file names shown in the file list box.
