E7504 PWB conveyer error. (BACKUP
sensor) Check air pressure.
This error occurs if the support plate up sensor cannot be set
to ON even when the certain period of time passes after a
board is sent into the machine and the center sensor is set to
ON. This error may occur because:
− no air is supplied to the machine or the air pressure does
not reach the regulated level,
− the reference pin catches a board, and is not inserted into
the reference pin hole, or
− the electromagnetic valve malfunctions.
− Recover the machine from the error caused by the
corresponding factor described above.
E7505 PWB conveyer error. Waiting for
PWB. Remove PWB.
This error occurs when a board is located above the OUT
sensor at start of production. Remove the board from the
sensor, and restart production.
E7506 PWB conveyer error. (IN sensor) This error occurs when the certain period of time passes after
a board is sent into the machine and the IN sensor is set to
ON. This error may occur because:
− the IN sensor malfunctions,
− a board is caught with the IN sensor,
− the PWB transport unit belt is broken, or
− the PWB transport motor malfunctions.
− Recover the machine from the error caused by the
corresponding factor described above.
E7507 PWB detected in work area.
Please remove the PWB.
This error occurs if the center sensor is set to ON before a
board is sent in the machine and the IN sensor set to ON.
This error occurs because:
− a board is located between the IN sensor and the center
sensor, or
− the IN sensor or center sensor malfunctions.
− Recover the machine from the error caused by the
corresponding factor described above.

Error No. Error Message Corrective Action
E9000 ATC slide plate open time out
error. Check air pressure.
This error message appears on the screen if the slide plate
opens (that is, the sensor senses) a long time after the
machine instructs the ATC slide plate to open.
Check to see if a foreign substance is caught with the slide
plate or the ATC nozzle is tilted. Check to see if air is
supplied to the machine normally also.
If you do not find any problem, open/close the ATC slide
plate with the command supplied on the “I/O manual” menu
to check the sensor condition.
E9001 ATC slide plate close time out
error.|Check air pressure.
Perform the corrective action described at the error number
E9000.
E9010 Nozzle set error is detected before
execute head vacuum level is
nozzle on head level.
The machine finds that a nozzle is attached on the head by
checking it with laser before attaching a nozzle according to
the nozzle replacement command. Check to see if a nozzle
is attached on the head. If attached, remove it, and return it
to the ATC.
If this error occurs when any nozzle is not attached on the
head, check to see if the laser system malfunctions.
E9011 Nozzle set error is detected after
execute head vacuum level is
nozzle none level.
The machine finds that a nozzle is attached on the head by
checking it with laser before attaching a nozzle according to
the nozzle replacement command.
If this error occurs when any nozzle is not attached on the
head, check to see if the laser system malfunctions.
E9012 Nozzle set error is detected before
execute control data is nozzle on
head.
This error occurs if you try to attach a nozzle on a head
although a nozzle is already set on a head with the syste
Even though you manually remove a nozzle from a head, the
system does not detect this fact and operates as if a nozzle
is attached on a head.m.
If the nozzle attachment instruction is issued under this
condition, this error message appears on the screen.
E9020 Nozzle remove error is detected
before execute head vacuum level
is nozzle none level.
When you check to see if a nozzle is attached on the head
with laser before removing a nozzle, you find that no nozzle
is attached.
This error message appears on the screen if you try to
remove a nozzle after manually removing it from the head.
If this error occurs although a nozzle is actually attached,
check to see if the laser system malfunctions.
E9021 Nozzle remove error is detected
after execute head vacuum level is
nozzle on head level.
When you check to see if a nozzle is attached on the head
with laser after removing a nozzle, you find that a nozzle is
still attached. If a nozzle is attached still on the head,
manually remove it from the head, and then return it to the
ATC.
If this error occurs although a nozzle is removed normally,
check to see if the laser system malfunctions.

E9035 Battery for SRAM is dead ! Replace the battery for backing up the system with new one
at the earlier date. If you leave the battery without
replacing, data stored in the RAM disk (drive F) will be lost.
W9100 Selected device can not move to
this position. Please reselect other
device on HOD.
This error message appears if the device selected for
teaching exceeds the XY-direction movable range when it
moves to the specified coordinates.
Use the device that can move over the limited range to
perform teaching operation, or change the destination
position. This error may be caused with some devices also
if the offset specified on the Setup menu is not correct.
Check the offset specified on the Setup menu.

19
W9102 Nozzle device can not move to this
position. Please reselect other
device on HOD.
This error message appears on the screen if the device
selected currently for teaching can move to the specified XY
position, but the nozzle device cannot move to this position.
Perform teaching operation within the XY-direction range a
nozzle can move.
E9200 Laser error ocuurs. This error occurs if data other than that indicating whether a
substance exists or not (status = 64 or 1) is returned when
the system checks to see with laser if a nozzle exists
before/after replacing a nozzle. Check to see if the laser
system malfunctions.
E9301 Emergency stop switch is pressed
return to home position after
release.
This error message appears on the screen when you press
the Emergency Stop switch.
Reset the Emergency Stop switch and return the machine to
its home position.
E9303 X axis driver alarm occurs. Please
reset.
An alarm is generated at the AC servo driver.
The alarm is generated because the AC servo driver
malfunctions, the power-supply system malfunctions, a cable
wire is broken, or the connector connection is faulty. If this
error occurs, record the data indicated with the LED
(7-segement) of the AC servo driver, and turn off the
machine.
If this error occurs again even after you restart the machine,
do not turn it on until this error is corrected.
E9304 Y axis driver alarm occurs. Please
reset.
Perform the corrective action for the error E9303.
E9307 XY axis overlimit occurs return to
home position after release.
The head moved above the XY-axis limit sensor.
This error infrequently occurs during teaching the area
around the limit.
Servo is cancelled in this condition. Move the head from the
limit sensor, and return it to its home position.
E9310 Z theta axis motor control ±12V
error occurs return to home
position after release.
An error occurred at the Power of DC servo driver of power
supply.
Check to see if the DC servo driver board malfunctions, the
power-supply system malfunctions, a cable wire is broken, or
the connector is connected improperly. If this error occurs
even after you restart the machine, do not turn on the
machine until the machine recover from this error.
E9311 Z theta axis motor control I/F
error|occurs. Please reset.
An error occurred at the DC servo driver.
Check to see if the DC servo driver board malfunctions, the
power-supply system malfunctions, a cable wire is broken, or
the connector is connected improperly. If this error occurs
even after you restart the machine, do not turn on the
machine until the machine recover from this error.
E9312 Z axis driver alarm occurs. Return
to home position after release.
An alarm is generated at the DC servo driver.
This error occurs because the mechanical trouble (for
example, a foreign substance is inserted into the driver
section, or an obstacle is located on the driving direction)
occurs or hardware trouble (for example, the DC driver board
malfunctions, the power-supply system malfunctions, a cable
wire is broken or connector is not connected properly)
occurs. If a mechanical trouble causes this error, you can
recover the machine from this error by removing the
corresponding cause and returning the machine to its home
position. However, if a hardware trouble causes this error,
the same error occurs again even if you return the machine
to its home position. Do not turn on the machine until you
recover it from this error.
E9315 Theta axis driver alarm occurs.
Return to home position after
release.
Perform the corrective action for the error E9312.
