On Axis Driver Operations
Error No. Error Message Corrective Action
E7001 Driver error Soft limit over <**> **
Power off.
This error occurs when the next position specified by the
parameter of the XY-, Z- or θ-axis movement instruction
function exceeds the software limit. This error infrequently
occurs also when the machine is teaching the position
around the limit.
Record what operation the machine performed when this
error occurred (for example, when the bad mark was
detected during production), and the number (such as 1, 2
and 3) displayed as this error message.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it. If this error occurs
again, check the coordinate system. (By the coefficient for
correcting the XY-axis, the virtual limit position may exceed
the physical limit position.)
E7002 Driver error Mecha limit over
<**> ** Power off.
This error occurs when the next position specified by the
parameter of the XY-, Z- or θ-axis movement instruction
function exceeds the mechanical limit. This error may occur
also when the machine is teaching the position around the
limit.
E7003 Driver error Parameter error <**>
Power off.
This error occurs if any of parameters of the axis-movement
instruction function is incorrect. This is a system internal
error. Record what operation the machine performed when
this error occurred (for example, when the bad mark was
detected during production), and the number (such as 1)
displayed as this error message. Turn off the machine, and
then restart it. If this error occurs again, do not perform the
operation causing this error.
E7004 Driver error Double run <**>
Power off.
This error occurs if the system issues the next XY-axis
movement instruction although any pulse is not cleared after
the current XY-axis movement instruction is issued. This is
a system internal error. Record what operation the machine
performed when this error occurred (for example, when the
bad mark was detected during production), and the number
(such as 1) displayed as this error message. Turn off the
machine, and then restart it.
If this error occurs again, do not perform the operation
causing this error.
E7005 Driver error Fifo read error <**>
Power off.
This error occurs if the number of pulses read at certain
intervals cannot be the same when the machine reads the
number of the current pulses after the XY-axis jog operation
stops.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it.
E7006 Driver error XY protocol error
<**> Power off.
This error occurs if the XY pulse generation board notifies the
machine of occurrence of an error. Record the number
displayed as the error message (such as 1 and 2), and then
turn off the machine and restart it. If this error occurs again,
the XY pulse generation board may malfunction or a system
internal error may occur. Do not restart the machine.
E7007 Return to home has not yet been
completed.<**>
This error occurs if the system issues the axis-movement
instruction although the axis has not returned to its home
position.
This error occurs if you cancel the operation for returning the
axis to its home position at power-on or after emergency
stop, and you try to move an axis with the I/O manual
command.
Use the HOME key to return the axis to its home position
before moving the axis

E7007 Return to home has not yet been
completed.<**>
This error occurs if the system issues the axis-movement
instruction although the axis has not returned to its home
position.
This error occurs if you cancel the operation for returning the
axis to its home position at power-on or after emergency
stop, and you try to move an axis with the I/O manual
command.
Use the HOME key to return the axis to its home position
before moving the axis
E7008 Driver error Z position error <**> This error occurs if the Z-axis is located at the lower position
than the regulated one even after the certain period of time
passes before moving the XY-axis. Check the timing chart
from moving up the Z-axis to moving the XY-axis.
Since the current Z-axis position is read from LM628 directly,
it indicates the DC servo driver board may malfunction or
interface with this board may malfunction.
E7012 Driver error Head i/f error <**>
Power off.
This error occurs if the driver interface cannot be ready even
after the certain period of time passes before the machine
writes/reads a command to/from LM628. Turn off the
machine, and then restart it. If this error occurs again,
LM628 may malfunction, the DC servo driver board may
malfunction, or interface with this board may be faulty (due to
faulty connection, broken wire or IC error). Do not restart
the machine.
E7013 Driver error Parameter error (not
jog|start) <**> Power off.
This error occurs if the system issues the Z/θ-axis JOG
operation start instruction before issuing the JOG operation
stop instruction. This is a system internal error. Record
what operation the machine performed when this error
occurred (for example, the machine was teaching the Z-axis).
Turn off the machine, and then restart it. If this error occurs
again, do not perform the operation causing this error.
E7014 Driver error Double
command(LM628) <**> Power off.
This error occurs if the system issues the next Z- or/and
θ
-axis movement instruction although any pulse is not cleared
after issuing the current movement instruction.
This is a system internal error.
Record what operation the machine performed if this error
occurred.
If this error occurs again, do not perform the operation
causing this error.
E7017 Driver error Driver error(TOrg
retry over) <**> Power off.
This error occurs if the machine cannot find the home
position when it returns the
θ
-axis to its home position.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it.
If this error occurs again, the DC servo driver board may
malfunction, interface with this board may be faulty (due to
faulty connection, a broken wire or IC error), or the sensor
located around the home position may be shifted from the
regulated position or malfunction. Do not restart the
machine.
E7019 Driver error Z pulse out time over
error <**> Power off.
This error occurs if any interrupt for clearing a pulse is
notified to the machine even when the certain period of time
passes after the Z-axis movement instruction is issued.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it.
If this error occurs again, the DC servo driver board may
malfunction, or interface with this board may be faulty (due to
faulty connection, a broken wire or IC error). Do not restart
the machine.
E7020 Driver error THETA pulse out
time over error <**>| Power off.
This error occurs if any interrupt for clearing a pulse is
notified to the machine even when the certain period of time
passes after the θ-axis movement instruction is issued.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it.
If this error occurs again, the DC servo driver board may
malfunction, or interface with this board may be faulty (due to
faulty connection, a broken wire or IC error). Do not restart
the machine.

16
E7021 Driver error XY pulse out time
over error <%d> Power off.
This error occurs if any interrupt for clearing a pulse is
notified to the machine even when the certain period of time
passes after the XY-axis movement instruction is issued.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it.
If this error occurs again, the XY pulse generation board may
malfunction, or interface with this board may be faulty (due to
faulty connection, a broken wire or IC error). Do not restart
the machine.
E7023 Driver error XY CCL-48M buffer
busy error <**>
This error occurs if the counter CCL-48M used for the
XY-axis remains busy even after a certain period of time
passes.
This error is caused by malfunction of the AC servo driver,
broken of a cable or faulty connector connection. Do not
restart the machine
E7027 Z home sensor has been off
detected. <**> Power off.
This error occurs if the home position sensor is set to OFF
while the machine is finding the home position (motor index
signal) to return the Z-axis to its home position.
The Z-axis home position sensor or motor index signal may
malfunction. Do not restart the machine.
W7340 Front feeder rise sensor has been
detected.
This error occurs when the machine detects a floating feeder
on the front side.
Recover the feeder from the floating error, and retry the
operation
W7341 Rear feeder rise sensor has been
detected.
This error occurs when the machine detects a floating feeder
on the rear side.
Recover the feeder from the floating error, and retry the
operation.
E9340 Front feeder rise sensor has been
detected. Please release the
switch and return to home.

the front side when the check box “Stop by detected feeder
float” is checked on the Setup menu.
Recover the feeder from the floating error, and return it to the
home position.
E7501 PWB conveyer error. (CENTER
sensor)
This error occurs if the center sensor cannot be set to ON
even when a certain period of time passes after a board is
sent in the machine and the IN sensor is set to ON.
This error may occur because:
− no air is supplied to the machine, or the air pressure does
not reach the regulated level,
− the center sensor malfunctions,
− a board is caught between the IN sensor and center sensor,
− the PWB transport unit belt is broken, or
− the PWB transport motor malfunctions.
− Recover the machine from the error caused by the
corresponding factor described above.
E7502 PWB conveyer error. (OUT
sensor)
This error may occur because:
− the center sensor cannot be set to OFF even when a
certain period of time passes after a board is ejected from
the machine,
− the OUT sensor cannot be set to ON even when a certain
period of time passes after the center sensor is set to OFF,
or
− the OUT sensor cannot be set to OFF even when a certain
period of time passes after the OUT sensor is set to ON.
The following factors may cause the symptoms described
above:
− The center sensor or OUT sensor malfunctions,
− A board is caught somewhere,
− The PWB transport belt is broken, or
− The PWB transport motor malfunctions.
