On Production
Error No. Error Message Corrective Action
E5500 System Error !
<ID:## Status:####>
The production operation section of the machine causes a
system error. This error is a fatal system software error.
Let us now the displayed ID and status number:
ID
13 Occurred during tracking with a camera.
0D Occurred during component pick-up/placement
operation.
0E Occurred during component pick-up operation.
11 Occurred during component placement operation.
01 Occurred at the main production operation section.
08 Occurred during bad mark detection.
09 Occurred during BOC mark detection.
0A Occurred during IC mark detection.
E5601 Undefined nozzle (No.***) is used. A production program to be executed specifies a nozzle
number that is not set on the Setup menu.
Check its Component data or Setup data.
E5602 Feeder is empty or has an error. Production is impossible because all of feeders run out
components or enter the error status as the result of the
previous production.
Reset the number of components or clear the error to retry
production.
E5604 BOC mark correction error. An error occurred while the machine was calculating a
correction value based on the BOC mark recognition result.
E5605 IC mark correction error. An error occurred while the machine was calculating a
correction value based on the IC mark recognition result.
E5606 PWB counter error. A contradiction of the number of PWBs occurred at start of
production due to the system internal error.
E5607 Step counter error. A contradiction of the setting of placement step to be
executed occurred at start of production due to the system
internal error.
E5608 There is no executive data. All Placement data records to be executed are skipped or all
Pick data records to be executed are set to “No Use”.
Check Placement data, Pick data, Step No. displayed on the
Production screen, and/or restart position.
E5609 Control index error. A production program specifies the feeder the system does
not handle. Check its Component data or Pick data.
E5660 LA recognized error. Pick retry
over.
The LA measurement failure retry-over error occurs. (The
number of retries is specified on the Component data screen.)
The component pick-up posture may be incorrect or the
component dimensions may be irregular. Check the
component pick-up position.
E5661 Component fall. Retry from pick? The machine could not detect a component when it finally
checked whether there is a component to be picked up: this
check is to be performed immediately before a component is
placed on a board.
A component may be dropped onto a board. Check to see
where a component is located.
E5662 Cannot component placement.
Retry from pick?
After placement, a component is detected with the
component existence check. The component might be
taken away from a board. Check to see where the
component is located.
W5700 Component scrap error (Status:**).
|Remove component from nozzle.
A component remains stuck to a nozzle after component
discarding process. Remove the component from the tip of
the nozzle.
The sensor section of the LA may be spoiled.
E5701 Component exist on the top end of
nozzle. Not remove nozzle.
A component is stuck to the nozzle when the nozzle is
returned to the ATC.
E6200 Vision recognition setting error. An error occurred when the machine was setting the BOC/IC
mark recognition conditions at start of production.

On Axis Driver Operations
Error No. Error Message Corrective Action
E7001 Driver error Soft limit over <**> **
Power off.
This error occurs when the next position specified by the
parameter of the XY-, Z- or θ-axis movement instruction
function exceeds the software limit. This error infrequently
occurs also when the machine is teaching the position
around the limit.
Record what operation the machine performed when this
error occurred (for example, when the bad mark was
detected during production), and the number (such as 1, 2
and 3) displayed as this error message.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it. If this error occurs
again, check the coordinate system. (By the coefficient for
correcting the XY-axis, the virtual limit position may exceed
the physical limit position.)
E7002 Driver error Mecha limit over
<**> ** Power off.
This error occurs when the next position specified by the
parameter of the XY-, Z- or θ-axis movement instruction
function exceeds the mechanical limit. This error may occur
also when the machine is teaching the position around the
limit.
E7003 Driver error Parameter error <**>
Power off.
This error occurs if any of parameters of the axis-movement
instruction function is incorrect. This is a system internal
error. Record what operation the machine performed when
this error occurred (for example, when the bad mark was
detected during production), and the number (such as 1)
displayed as this error message. Turn off the machine, and
then restart it. If this error occurs again, do not perform the
operation causing this error.
E7004 Driver error Double run <**>
Power off.
This error occurs if the system issues the next XY-axis
movement instruction although any pulse is not cleared after
the current XY-axis movement instruction is issued. This is
a system internal error. Record what operation the machine
performed when this error occurred (for example, when the
bad mark was detected during production), and the number
(such as 1) displayed as this error message. Turn off the
machine, and then restart it.
If this error occurs again, do not perform the operation
causing this error.
E7005 Driver error Fifo read error <**>
Power off.
This error occurs if the number of pulses read at certain
intervals cannot be the same when the machine reads the
number of the current pulses after the XY-axis jog operation
stops.
Turn off the machine, and then restart it.
E7006 Driver error XY protocol error
<**> Power off.
This error occurs if the XY pulse generation board notifies the
machine of occurrence of an error. Record the number
displayed as the error message (such as 1 and 2), and then
turn off the machine and restart it. If this error occurs again,
the XY pulse generation board may malfunction or a system
internal error may occur. Do not restart the machine.
E7007 Return to home has not yet been
completed.<**>
This error occurs if the system issues the axis-movement
instruction although the axis has not returned to its home
position.
This error occurs if you cancel the operation for returning the
axis to its home position at power-on or after emergency
stop, and you try to move an axis with the I/O manual
command.
Use the HOME key to return the axis to its home position
before moving the axis
