Error No. Error Message Corrective Action
E2000 Bad letter(s) in specified data. This error message appears on the screen when you enter
an alphabetic character for the item for which a numeric
character should be entered. Check to see what type of
characters can be entered for each item, and enter
appropriate type of data.
E2001 Input data range over. Can not
set.
You entered data that exceeded the range regulated for the
item.
Enter data that is within the range
E2004 No items selected. This error message appears on the screen if you select the
item that cannot be set: for example, when you select a
BOC for a matrix circuit even though you already selected a
single-plane board (“Single PWB” as “PWB configuration”)
on the PWB data screen.
E2005 Numeric data required. This error message appears on the screen when you enter
an alphabetic character for an item for which you have to
enter a numeric character (on the PWB data screen).
Check the type of characters available to each item, and then
enter the correct type of character(s).
E2006 Data is nothing. This error message appears on the screen if you try to
operate data that does not exist actually. Only after data is
completely created, operate it.
E2007 Input is wrong. This error message appears on the screen when you enter a
space to register data to the mark database. Enter the
name to be registered.
E2101 Input data exceeds 400 circuits. The number of circuits of the multi-plane matrix board
exceeds 400 (maximum number of circuits). Set the
number of X- and Y-direction divisions so that the number of
circuits can be 400 or less.
E2102 Circuit reference position will be
range over.
The circuit origin of a matrix board exceeds the machine X-
and Y-direction movable range. Check the number of circuit
divisions, pitch, the first circuit position, and so on to enter
the correct origin.
E2103 Detail data is nothing. This error message appears on the screen if you have not
set the PWB positioning point to teach a BOC mark. (The
number of circuit divisions, the pitch and the first circuit
position have to be entered for a matrix board.)
Only after setting the PWB positioning point, teach a mark.
W2104 Mark teaching not end. An error occurred during BOC mark teaching operation.
Set a mark coordinate, forward/reverse rotation of the
recognized image data, scale frame, noise cut level, a mark
and inspection frame correctly.
E2200 PWB data is not finished yet. You tried to edit Placement, Component, and/or Pick data
although you have not completed PWB data.
Only after entering PWB data completely, edit another type of
data.
E2201 Placement data is full. Up to 2000 component placement points can be set for one
circuit. When you try to copy data or perform the [Duplicate]
command to create 2001 or more placement points on the
Placement data screen, this error message appears on the
screen. Be sure to set 2000 or less placement points.
E2202 Component ID is duplicated. This error message appears on the screen when the
component ID you are to set on the Placement data screen is
already used.
Note that upper case characters and lower case characters
are not distinguished to specify a component ID by the
system.

E2203 Component data is full. Up to 40 components can be set for one production
program. (This number is further limited by the feeder
installation position.) If you try to enter a new
component name although 40 components are already
entered on the Placement data screen, an error occurs.
Even though you press the ENTER key by mistake and
enter a component name as the result, memory space is
allocated with corresponding to this entered data. In
such a case, delete a component that is never placed on
a board on the Component list screen.
E2204 IC mark data is full. Up to 50 placement points are allowable for one circuit
when using an IC mark. If you try to create 51 or more
placement points that use an IC mark on the Placement
data screen, this error message appears on the screen.
E2205 '+=' can not be used in 1st line Although the machine allows you to enter coordinates
relative to the data one line above (by using the symbols
“+=“ or “-=”) on the Placement data screen, you cannot
enter data in this way on the top line.
E2206 No data in upper line. Only if data is entered to the same item one line above on
the Placement data screen, you can enter data that is
relative to that item to the current item (by using the
symbols “+=“ or “-=”).
E2207 No initial value. Only if you have already entered data to the
corresponding item on the Placement data screen, you
can enter data relative to that data to the current item (by
using the symbols “++” or “—“).
E2208 Not found component ID. **** The component ID “XXXXX” specified for searching
through Placement data does not exist. Check the
entered component ID.
E2209 Not found component name. **** The component name “XXXXX” specified for searching
through Placement data does not exist. Check the
entered component name.
E2210 No data to operate. This error message appears on the screen if there is no
completed data when you are to sort Placement data
using the nozzle name as the key, or if there is only one
completed data record and there is no data to be sorted.
E2211 Placement data is incomplete.
Sort will be aborted.
This error message appears on the screen if there is still
a not-completed placement data record when you are to
sort data using the nozzle name as the key.
E2212 Data is nothinhg. This error message appears on the screen when there is
no completed placement data or when you perform the
[Duplicate] command on the top line.
Complete two or more placement data records and
perform the [Duplicate] command on a line other than the
top line.
E2213 10,000 placements exceeded. This error message appears on the screen if the number
of component placement points of a matrix/non-matrix
board exceeds 10000. Set component placement points
as shown in the expression: (number of circuits:
maximum 400) * placement points <= 10000 (for a matrix
board) or (number of circuits: maximum 100) *
placement points <= 10000.
E2214 Placement or mark position is range
over.
The coordinates of a component placement point or of
mark point exceeds the machine X- and Y-direction mo
After checking the positioning point on the PWB data
screen and so on, set the placement point or mark point
within the range.vable range.
E2300 Placement data is not finished yet. You tried to edit Component data/Pick data although you
have not completed any Placement data record. Create
one or more Placement data record(s) completely.

E2301 This is placed component. Can not
delete.
You cannot delete any component data record that is referred
from Placement data on the Component data list screen. To
delete such a component data record, first delete all of the
data lines that refer to the component data record on the
Placement data screen.
E2302 Component name is duplicated. The component name you specified to rename to already
exists. If you want to change the component name to this
name, change the existing component name to another one
first.
E2303 No component data to copy. Unless a Component data record is entered completely, it
cannot be copied. This error message appears on the
screen if you try to copy data although there is no completed
Component data.
E2304 Component name'****'can't be
found.
This error message appears on the screen if there is not a
component whose name is specified from the edit box
directly to specify the copy source component data. The list
box shows components whose data is completely entered.
See this box to specify the copy source component name.
E2500 Component data is not finished
yet.
You tried to edit Pick data although there is no completed
Component data. Only after creating at least one
component data line, edit Pick data.
E2501 Value is out of range. This error message appears on the screen if the component
pick-up coordinate automatically calculated exceeds the
machine X- and Y-direction movable range. Especially for a
tray holder, check to see if the pitch and number components
are entered correctly on the Component data screen.
E2502 Tray holder excessive registration. Up to five trays can be set for one tray holder unit. You
cannot specify any number exceeding this limit.
E2505 Package is already assigned. This error message appears on the screen when another
feeder is already installed on the position you specified.
Check the installation position.
E2507 Pick position data is full. The maximum number of Pick data records is 40 (when two
feeders are installed on the front and rear sides respectively).
(This maximum number varies depending on the unit you
use.)
You cannot copy any data if the copy operation generates
data records that exceed this limit.
E2509 No data for feeder order display. This error message appears if you try to display the Pick data
in the component pick-up order although you have not
created any Pick data completely. Create at least one Pick
data record.
E2511 Not found component name. **** The component name “*****” you specified to search through
Pick data on the Edit screen does not exist.
E2516 Unable to select rear side. A 32-mm paper tape feeder cannot be installed on the rear
feeder bank. Install it on the front bank.
E2603 Entry name is already registered. This error message appears on the screen if you try to
register mark data that is already registered to the mark
database.
E2652 The IC conveyer belt competes
with the feeder.
This error message appears on the screen if the component
pick-up position from the IC recovery belt and that from a
feeder are overlapped with one another at start of production.
Set the component pick-up position from the feeder so that it
cannot be overlapped with that from the IC recovery belt.
E2653 IC conveyer belt is assigned. This error message appears on the screen if the component
pick-up position from the IC recovery belt and that from a
feeder are overlapped with one another when you set the
component pick-up position.
