因为6060h（Modes of operation控制模式）是default=0（No mode change/no mode assigned），电源
投入后请一定设定使用的控制模式值。6060h的设定值是0并且6061h的设定值是0时，如果将PDS
状态迁移到Operation enabled，发生E-881（控制模式设定异常保护）。
如果设定6060h未对应的控制模式时,发生E-881（控制模式设定异常保护）。
初期状态6060h=0（No mode assigned）转换到可支持的控制模式（pp，pv，tq，hm，csp，csv，cst）
后，再次设定6060h=0的情况作为“No mode changed”，控制模式的切换无法执行。（保持前次的控
制模式）。
