8.5 Maintenance work to be performed daily
8.5.1 Sensors: visual inspection

ü To visually inspect all available sensors:
a) Clean dirty sensors using a soft cloth. No dirt should be visible.
b) Have a certified electrician replace faulty sensors.
ð The process has now been completed.

Material damage is possible!
Do not clean plastic surfaces with solvents!

8.5.2 Spray fluxer cleaning
CAUTION
Personal injury or material damage due to irritant substances!
The fluxer system is under pressure!
a) Service and maintenance work may only be performed by qualified staff which
has been trained accordingly.
ð When working on the fluxer system:
b) First de-pressurize the system.
CAUTION
Wear protective clothing!
a) Wear a face mask and protective gloves!

ü To clean the spray fluxer:
a) Open doors and hoods in the fluxer area.
b) Visual inspection of the whole fluxer area.
c) Travel the spray head into the service position. With regard to this, please read
Chapter [Functional description].
d) Clean covering (1) of the the spray heads. Remove residual flux material with a
cleaning cloth.
e) Travel the spray head into the work position again.
ð The process has now been completed.
ü Check hoses and connections:
a) Visually inspect all hoses (2) and connections (3).
ð Firm fit and tightness must be ensured.
b) Tighten any loose connection.
c) Have a specialised technician replace any faulty connections.
ð The process has now been completed.
