a) Remove any bars left in the container.
ð A message will appear, stating that the bar container is empty.
a) Unscrew the coding disk (2) using a suitable tool.
b) Unscrew the cover of the bar container (1) using a suitable tool.
(The edge cover (3) can be unscrewed on the rear right edge in order to remove the
optical cable.)

a) Check the cogwheel (4) for wear. If the cogwheel needs to be replaced, have a
specialised technician perform this operation.
b) Clean the opening of the optical cable (5) carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth.
c) Screw the cover of the bar container.
d) Reinstall the optional coding disk.
e) Fill the bar container.
f) Close the hood.
g) Terminate the module service.
h) Open the [Messages] input dialog and check and acknowledge all existing mes-
sages.

8.11.1 Supplementing flux material storage

Topping up the flux container
ü To dismantle the flux material tank:
a) Open the door in the fluxer area.
b) Put on a grounding wrist strap and connect it to the machine equipotential
bonding.
c) Pull out the storage tank (3), holding it by the handle, and place it on a clean
surface.

ü Opening the tank:
a) Move the locking bow (3) by the handle end and close the tap (4) in the OFF
direction
b) Close the nitrogen supply tap (5).
c) Release the pressure from the tank. To do this, slowly open the valve (6) until
wind noise can no longer be heard and the pressure gauge (7) shows a value of
0 bar. Close the valve (6) again.
ð The tank is now depressurized.
