ð There must be no cracks or chaps visible in the glass plate.
d) Damaged glass plates must always be immediately replaced by qualified tech-
nicians!
e) Clean the glass plate (3) with a lint-free cloth and a commercial glass cleaner.
ð If heavily soiled with flux:
f) Use a cleaning agent recommended by the flux manufacturer. Never work with
hard or sharp objects!

Standby air flow
ü To check the standby air flow:
a) In the [Preheating] input dialog, in the [Convection]frame, click on the

ton.
ð The button is displayed in yellow.

ð You should feel a regular air flow.
Increase convection
ü To check the increase convection:
a) In the [Preheating] input dialog in the [Convection] frame, click first on the
button and then on the one.
ð Buttons are displayed in yellow.
b) Hold your hand under the blow pipe (1).
ð You should feel an air flow increase.
Air hoses
ü Visually check air hoses:
a) Inspect hoses (2).
ð Hoses must be soft, flexible and transparent.
a) Have heavily discoloured, porous or hardened hoses replaced by qualified staff.
ð The process has now been completed.
