l) Reference the soldering module.
m)Move the soldering module in [Step mode] three times to the maximum posi-
tion upwards/downwards.
ð The first lubrication process has now been completed.
n) Repeat the process twice. Here, the action step "Clean jack screw" can no
longer be performed.
o) Clean and lubricate the guide columns (2).
ð The process has now been completed.

ü To lubricate the Z-axis:
a) Let the machine cool down.
b) Switch off the conveyors, fluxers and preheaters
c) Set the machine to the [maintenance mode]
d) To open the [Soldering module] input dialog:
e) Reference the soldering unit. Subsequently, move the soldering unit to the up-
per position.
f) Open the panel door in the soldering unit area.
g) With a grease injector, press about 4.5 grams of grease into each spindle nut
(1).
ð All four spindle nuts must always be lubricated!
h) Close the front panel door.

i) Acknowledge existing error messages.
j) Reference the soldering unit.
k) Move the soldering unit upwards/downwards three times to the maximum po-
sition in the [Step mode].
ð The lubrication of the lifting spindles has now been completed.
l) Grease the guide shafts (2).
m)Clean and lubricate the ball bearings (3) if necessary.
ð The process has now been completed.
