a) Do not allow process materials, auxiliary supplies, oils, solders or greases to be
disposed of in the soil or the sewage system!
b) Cleaning agents, cleaning cloths, condensates, dust and contaminated filters must
be disposed of in an environmentally-friendly way.
c) Observe local regulations for waste disposal!
d) Read the safety data sheets of the product manufacturer!
NOTE
Disposal
a) Provide safe and environmentally friendly disposal of packaging materials!
3.7 Retrofitting and changes
Never carry out machine alterations or modifications without consulting
the manufacturer!
Unauthorised alterations or changes are not permitted and exclude any liability of
the manufacturer or supplier for any resulting damage.
WARNING
Personal injury or property damage and environmental damage caused by the ma-
chine defective condition!
ü So, please always make sure that retrofitting or modifying the machine does not
pose any problem:
a) Prior to making any changes to the machine, or altering its parameters, contact
the machine manufacturer!
3.8 Transporting the machine
DANGER
Severe or fatal injury from falling load!
a) Transport operations may only be performed by properly trained and qualified
personnel!
b) Allow the pot to cool to room temperature before carrying out transport opera-

DANGER
Severe or fatal injuries from flammable substances! Risk of fire!
a) Service and maintenance work may only be performed by qualified staff which
has been trained accordingly.
ð When transporting the machine:
b) Flux-reservoir must be completely emptied before transport.
CAUTION
Danger of being crushed by movement of the axis system during transportation of
the machine!
ü If the machine needs to be transported, secure the axis systems against moving.
a) Inserting transport locks on the axis system
3.9 Transporting the machine with built-in DIP soldering unit
CAUTION
Material damage during transport of the machine with filled DIP soldering unit!
ü If the machine is to be transported:
a) Have the solder be removed from the DIP soldering unit by properly trained staff!
