ð If parts have been replaced or fixed anew:
d) Re-adjust the width adjustment.
e) Clean and then lubricate spur gears (4), toothed racks (5) and spline shafts (6).
f) After lubricating, adjust the width adjustment twice across the entire conveyor
width.
g) Only clean the slide surfaces (3), do not lubricate them!

8.10.2 Total electrical equipment in the switchgear cabinet
NOTE
Disconnect power!

Serious injury or death from electric shock!
ü Work on the electrical system or the machine operating equipment must be un-
dertaken only by skilled electricians or by properly trained people under the su-
pervision and guidance of skilled electricians in accordance with the electro-tech-
nical rules.
a) According to VDE 0022 standard, the operator and installer of the system are re-
sponsible for the compliance with EVU and VDE regulations.
ü Checking the electrical equipment:
a) Visually inspect all assembly units and terminal blocks inside the switchgear
cabinets. Clean dirty assembly units. Have damaged components replaced by a
qualified electrician.
b) Refasten the mounting screws of all assembly units. Have a qualified electrician
refasten all terminals with a suitable screw driver.
c) Visually inspect all cables and plug-in connectors inside the switchgear cabin-
ets. Have a qualified electrician replace damaged cables and plug-in connect-
ors.
