ü Check and adjust the pneumatic system input pressure
a) Visual inspection of the pressure reducer (4)
b) Read the current pressure on the pressure gauge (5) and compare it with the
data on the label (6).
ð If pressure has been set too low:
c) Remove the adjusting knob (7) pulling it upwards and change the pressure by
turning the adjusting knob until the correct pressure is displayed.
d) Turn on all pneumatic components one after the other on the operating ter-
minal.
e) Read the current pressure on the pressure gauge (5) and compare it with the
data on the label (6).
ð If pressure has been set too low:
f) Change the pressure by turning the adjusting knob until the correct value is dis-
played.
g) Press the adjusting knob down again.
ð The process has now been completed.
ü When the correct pressure is not adjustable:
a) Pay attention to blowing noise.
ð Can blowing noise be heard?
b) Disconnect the compressed air supply via the switch (8).
c) Check all connections for tightness.
d) Reconnect the compressed air via the switch (8).
ð Is pressure adjustable now?
ð The process has now been completed.
ü When the correct pressure is again not adjustable:
a) Have the pneumatic system checked by a specialist.
