5.5. Flying Mirror
5.5.1. Required Tools
T wrench (other tools supplied) or hex wrench
Gear wrench or torque wrench
5.5.2. Flying Mirror Replacement Procedure
1) Manipulate the teaching box to move the head module to the front.
2) Close the PC as usual and turn off the main switch at the front of the machine.
3) Unscrew the fixing bolts(4-M3*8) securing the Mirror Assy and remove it.

4) Unscrew the fixing bolts(4-M2.5*8) securing Mirror Assy and remove it.
5) Replace the Mirror with a new one.
Ref The part number of the new Mirror is EP12-000030A.
6) When assembling, refer to the following.
Attach the Mirror Cushion to the Mirror Clamp after applying Cushion DP adhesive.
Place the Folding Mirror on the Mirror Plate and assemble Clamps 1 and 2.
However, assemble the mirror by peeling off the mirror protection vinyl only at
the assembling section. After completing assembly, peel off the protection vinyl.
7) Once the assembling is completed, turn on the main switch on the front of the machine
and boot the PC.
8) Perform the following calibrations.

5.6.1. Required Tools
